Ottimi e professionali
Pros:

Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile, professionale e gentile. Avevamo necessità di avere opzioni senza glutine e si sono impegnati ad ogni pasto per venirci incontro, esempio di professionalità e cura per il cliente. Inoltre ci hanno fatto un upgrade da camera basic a suite con balcone senza sovrapprezzo dove abbiamo potuto lasciare ad asciugare costumi e vestiti durante il giorno, molto utile.

Cons:

Il condizionatore era un po' vecchiotto e faticava dato il caldo di agosto ma per il resto tutto ottimo.

Kedves, szolgálatkész személyzet. Közel a tenger, üzletek, csendes, nyugodt környezet.

Cons:

A hűtőszekrényt utólag kellett rendelni, igaz végül nem kellett fizetni érte. Furcsa szokás, hogy az italos üvegekre ráírják a szoba számát, és másnap visszahozzák. Na, de gondolom ez a pazarlás fékezéséért van.

Buona posizione: zona tranquilla e comodo accesso al lungomare. I titolari ed il personale sono molto gentili e attenti alle esigenze dei clienti. Struttura bella e pulita e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ottimo per una vacanza all'insegna del relax. Ottima anche la possibilità del parcheggio riservato.

Great service and excellent location
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Nordic. The staff was always kind, welcoming, and very helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. The food was delicious with a good variety of choices. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the beach and everything you need. Thank you for making my vacation so enjoyable. I highly recommend Hotel Nordic and would be happy to stay here again!

La cortesia del personale, sempre gentile e cortese per qualsiasi cosa, ho chiesto una qualche ora in più per il parcheggio perchè sarei partita al sabato pomeriggio perché avevo preso la spiaggia anche per il sabato e mi hanno detto se riusciamo tranquillamente, ed infatti ci sono riusciti e non mi hanno fatto pagare niente... non è da molti ne sono uscita molto contenta 😄

Cons:

Soltanto che essendo al primo piano sentivo molto i vicini di camera e le persone sopra che si muovevano molto quindi ho dovuto dormire con i tappi perchè la gente non credo sia abituata a muoversi con cautela e non come se stesse facendo I traslochi...

Pros:

Ottima posizione per le spiagge e il centro di Bellaria, nonché la vicinanza al canale per raggiungere agevolmente anche Igea Marina. Pulizia impeccabile. Staff davvero gentile e disponibile a partire dai proprietari che ti accolgono come a casa!
