Great location, next to excellent restaurants and close to Paseo 60

Cons:

Needs an update. You can get a better hotel room for the same price at other hotels. The hotel staff were terrible, no customer service skills. Since day one they wanted to keep my passport but I refused. I told them to make a copy. In order to get a pool towel you have to go to the front desk and again, they wanted my passport in order to get a towel. I refused again and they made a copy of my driver license. It was a bad experience.

Bien, pero pudo haber estado mejor
Pros:

En general estuvo bien. Lo que respecta a los chilaquiles y la pasta que no estén tan secos.

Cons:

Las almohadas están demasiado duras y boludas y la tina es un peligro para las personas que como yo tenemos cierta edad y menos movilidad. El aseo no siempre fue el esperado. No me gustó que a pesar de haber poca ocupación, no quisieron realizar nuestro check in un poco antes; argumentando que las habitaciones aún no habían sido limpiadas.

EL ESTACIONAMIENTO, TUBIERON UN EVENTO EXTERNO EN LAS INSTALACIONES DEL HOTEL, Y DEJARON A LOS HUESPEDES QUE TENIAMOS ALOJAMIENTO, SIN ESTACIONAMIENTO DISPONIBLE, YA QUE LOS CAJONES FUERON OCUPADOS POR PERSONAS QUE NO SE HOSPEDABAN EN EL HOTEL Y SOLO ACUDIERON A UNA FESTIVIDA EN LAS INSTALACIÓNES. ESO ESTA MUUYYYY MAL.... DEBEN PRIORISAR Y DEJAR LOS ESPACIÓS SUFICIENTES A LOS QUE ESTAMOS HOSPEDADOS Y TENEMOS YA CUBIERTAS NUESTRAS NOCHES DE ESTADIA EN EL HOTEL.
