Wir mussten mehrfach an der Rezeption hinterlegen, dass das Zimmer täglich gereinigt werden soll und der Boden gesaugt werden soll. Netterweise hat dann ein Mitarbeiter spätnachmittags das Staubsaugen nachgeholt. In der Folge war der Boden aber nie so richtig gereinigt/staubgesaugt. Die zuständige Putzfrau hatte wohl eine andere Vorstellung.
The location is good for our personal needs and on a half-hourly bus route to The Hague Centraal Station.
The whole process from booking to the stay was poor. Room condition was not good (damage, loose fittings), catering was mixed (one meal was poor and the recompense was "we'll give you a free cup of tea.') Housekeeping was late in the day to make up room and failed to undertake change when promised. Apparently reception, catering/bar and housekeeping do not talk to each other - an issue highlighted on a previous visit.

Oude kamer die enigszins gemoderniseerd is, maar niet op een mooie manier.
Onhandig is dat TV hangt in ruimte waar het bed niet staat, terwijl het juist toch een beetje het hotel gevoel geeft dat je in ochtend nog even kopje koffie doet terwijl je nog even in bed ligt!
Heerlijk Bed! Upgrade voor €8,- was zeer fijn!
Prijsschommeling. Veranderde per dag waardoor de kamer duurder uitviel dat aanvankelijk was aangenomen door ons.
