If you need to rest and relax from your life full of stress, this is the place to be.
Pros:

The overall comfort level, cleanliness and the food were all great. The spa was amazing as well as the pools, although they are a bit aimed at rehabilitation patients. The access to Fruške Terme facilities is a super nice touch!

Frustrirajuće zbog problema. Šaljem slike kauča koji su navedeni naprijed. Planirao sam vecerati sa suprugom uz šampanja

Lokacija i pokusaj osoblja da otkloni nedostatke

Cons:

Imao sam rezervisam apartman u kojem je u tzv. dnevnoj sobi kauč bio pokvaren tj. neupotrebljiv za sjedenje. Ispao je iz ležista i isto sam prijavio dva puta ali se kvar nije otklonio. Drugi dan mi je ponudjen drugi apartman ali je bilo besmisleno seliti se.
Dalje imao sam rezervisanu untrasnju garazu ali kada sam navecer otisao autom u grad i vratio se oko 22 h, garazna vrata se nisu mogla otvoriti a recepcionarka nije znala šifru za otvaranje. Nakon kontaktiranja tehnicke službe, dobila je pogresnu šifru za otvaranje pa je nakraju auto ostalo vani.
Za 500 Eura za dva nocenja, ovakve “sitne” stvari narušavaju ugodjaj i ne smiju se dešavati jer se radi o hotelu koji mora voditi računa o takvim “sitnim” stvarima.
Dodatno, u džakuziju je voda toliko sporo oticala nakon tuširanja da sam se bojao napuniti ga i uživati. Dakle i to je jedna od sitnih stvari koja se prodaje kao ugodjaj a zapravo je bespotrebno traumatično

Sehr schöne Anlage, ist mittlerweile schon etwas genutzter aber dennoch noch komfortabel. Man genießt die Ruhe.

Na bazenu se može videti crna buđ. U toku dana niko nečisti prostor oko bazena. Gosti sami treba da se snađu sa suncobranima..

Room is good size and very clean. Welcoming package was interesting. Pools and sauna are good. Nice people around.

Pros:

Très bien, nous avons profité de la piscine le soir et le lendemain matin

Cons:

le seul bémol c’est qu il faut repayer 4 000 dinars par personne pour rester à la piscine et profiter des thermes
Et le jeune serveur, qui était au bar, qui n’a pas daigné me faire un café decaféiné parce qu’il était 22h30 alors qu’il ferme à 23h

Great spot tucked away in Vrdnik with amazing food and amazing views.
Pros:

Staff was super warm and welcoming helped me feel right at home instantly. Food was amazing, lots of flavor. House keeping was great.

Понравились еда, номер, бассейн. Все было хорошо, приятно, угощали напитками при заезде

Cons:

Отель Adults only но я не ожидал, что на столько adults нуууу бабушки 70 летние, а позже прибыла группа инвалидов из Франции, я не имею ни чего против, но думал, что будет много молодежи, а в итоге ощущения были странные. Одна бабушка упала и разбила себе голову и персонал не был готов к такому, просто замерли и стояли смотрели пока я положил ее на диван и останавливал кровь полотенцем.

Needs renovation and a quality refresh
Pros:

It's clean and rooms are spacious and comfy

Cons:

TV: The channel selection is limited to low-quality programming (and you don't have much else to do in the hotel in the evening).

Food: The quality has declined noticeably compared to six years ago, my first stay. The menu barely varies from day to day, giving the impression that dishes are being recycled. Water isn't automatically provided with dinner, since drinks are charged separately and staff push you to order them. Tap water is available on request, but it would be a nicer touch if it were simply placed on the table by default, as it is at breakfast. The pool bar is quite disappointing — there's no food, no ice cream, no snacks of any kind, just a limited selection of coffee and cocktails.

Spa: Services are overpriced for what's offered.

General: The hotel is due for renovation.
