Pros:

Over all very good, but as I got ready to fall asleep, found 2-3 long dark hairs that were obviously not mine on the pillows… that for me tainted an otherwise very nice room…

Pros:

The morning of my departure I spoke to a young male and he was very helpful regarding my driving options. He was very kind and courteous.

Cons:

I checked in with my pet and the lady at the reception had poor customer service skills. When i approached the counter, I greeted her and she didn’t bother to answer me back. If she had a bad day, maybe she could change her attitude to improve herself and be more courteous with the guests. I was trying to ask her questions regarding my pet and she was very unkind and I figured to stop asking questions.

It was an average stay. Probably wouldn’t go back.
Pros:

Good location, bed was comfy

Cons:

The floor into our room and bathroom were not clean. One bathroom had a dried up contact on the floor. It was very sticky also. The tile around the indoor pool was very slick. The kids fell twice.

Pros:

The location was great. The room was very comfortable. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Felt safe.

Cons:

The bar soap in the bathroom was too harsh for sensitive skin. I would have liked to have more channels to choose from on the tv.

Very friendly staff with a nice environment in a nice area
Pros:

The front staff on arriving was busy but he did a great job of being kind and friendly

Cons:

The breakfast eggs were just not the greatest, the following morning we decided to just get breakfast elsewhere

Pros:

Staff, the pool and the hot tub were great

Cons:

There were ants in our room so we had to switch rooms. And in our first room, one of the beds was really sunken in.
