Wonderful staff!
Pros:

Clean, easy to get to. Well trained staff - we were especially impressed with Viviana at the front desk - she moved quickly and efficiently to answer our request for an additional chair and she was warm and smiling.
We recommend this hotel.

Amazing and relaxing stay
Pros:

Friendly service from the very start, quick check in, offered complimentary bottled water. Everything was very clean and comfortable, the beds were very comfortable. Great breakfast! We also love that about 5 minutes after checking in, I got a text asking how we were doing and saying if we needed anything to not he's to ask.

Cons:

We had to leave!

Location, staff, and amenities were all clean and nice.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaned better, especially the bathroom. The shower floor was dirty, the bathroom floor needed a mop. There was feces on the toilet paper holder,behind the toilet paper, that was probably the most disgusting thing I've seen at a hotel I've stayed at.

Cons:

My only negative, but isn't really one to reflect on the service that I had received. Laundry facilities could have accepted cards or tap to pay would have been nice!

Over all very good, but as I got ready to fall asleep, found 2-3 long dark hairs that were obviously not mine on the pillows… that for me tainted an otherwise very nice room…
