Excellent location, refined residential feel, great comfort and service, but small rooms
Pros:

The location is excellent and works very well for almost any type of stay in Barcelona. The concept feels more like a residence or guest house than a traditional hotel, which gives you a more authentic experience, almost as if you were living at one of the city’s most desirable addresses.
The bed is very comfortable, and the quality of the sheets, towels, pillows, and amenities is excellent. Another highlight is the reception team, who are extremely attentive, friendly, and always ready to help.

Cons:

As with many European hotels, the rooms are small. If you are traveling with large suitcases, there is very little space to open, organize, and close them comfortably. The bathroom is also extremely compact, even by European standards, and in this respect it does not quite match the price charged.
It is also worth paying attention to the “interior” room category. There is no outside view, and the room can feel very enclosed, even slightly claustrophobic if you value natural light or windows. The air conditioning works very well, so temperature is not an issue, but if you do not like feeling closed in, I would recommend choosing another room category.
Another point that may leave guests questioning the overall experience is the common areas. They are beautifully decorated, with tasteful furniture, and unlike the rooms, they are very spacious. However, they do not seem to have a clear purpose or offer much practical use for guests. Given the available space, these areas could be better utilized and add much more value to the stay.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming to my partner and I. The room was very comfortable and a lovely escape from the heatwave outside. The location couldn't have been better with buses and the metro right outside.

It was close to a lot of attractions. Loved the layout of the place, though I would’ve loved a window to see outside, it was exquisite.

Perfect Barcelona Stay
Pros:

Waking up and going to sleep right across from Casa Batlló, while staying in a place with such a beautiful view over Plaça de Gràcia, was simply perfect. The location couldn’t have been better for exploring Barcelona.

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Veronica and Paola for being so kind and helpful — you made our stay even more enjoyable! ❤️

Cons:

I expected the breakfast to be a little better, especially since Barcelona is such a tourist destination and welcomes people from all over the world.
We stayed in room 5, and unfortunately our bathroom had no door. At least a curtain could be added for some privacy. I’m mentioning this so that hopefully it will be taken care of by the time I visit again🙏🏻

Bom café da manhã. Sobre o quarto, cama excelente, assim como travesseiros e rouparia de cama e banho. Ótimo chuveiro. Ar condicionado funciona muito bem, o que é importante para quem vai no verão forte. Banheiro um pouco pequeno para um casal, mas não atrapalha a estadia.

Cons:

Achei que o hotel falta com a verdade com relação à janela nos quartos interiores. Na foto do anúncio, a pequena janela está coberta por cortina. Chegando lá, fomos surpreendidos ao saber que a janela, na verdade, é virada para um foço do prédio, ou seja, não entra luz natural na habitação, o que compromete o conforto do quarto, e pode ser um problema para claustrofóbicos, pois a impressão dentro do local é que está sempre escuro. Esse detalhe deve estar explícito no anúncio, para que os hóspedes tomem conhecimento e não sejam surpreendidos na chegada. Pela falta de luz natural precisariam, pelo menos, aumentar as lâmpadas do quarto. Se você busca um quarto com luz natural e uma janela funcional, reserve a habitação de luxo, que possui janela de frente para o Passei de Gracia.

Really great stay, perfect host and amazing location

Great Location, and great host-Veronica who checked us in, so friendly and really just amazing. I have requested a quiet room before coming in and she did fulfill my request and even made us an upgraded room, much appreciated thank you Veronica! We will definitely come back and I highly recommend for this perfect stay at Margot house.

Cons:

I like to say everything is perfect, just that the sound proof might be abit poor still. We can hear the phone alarm goes off during midnight in our room
