Too much noise, the curtains of the other room didn’t work, warm water from the shower not hot.
The checkout process was a pain, had to cancel my uber since the doorman told he couldn’t receive me the room key, it had to be directly with the property/room manager I guess, meaning I had to call twice to a number left on the messages section of the app, although there was nothing there specifically telling me to do that I still had to wait and finish the process.

The stove fan not working that’s the only thing was wrong with the place but beside that it was a good place
Excellent location close to groceries, shops, good food, several universities and bookstores, street vendors, museums, parks, buses, great coffee shops, colorful neiighborhoods, beautiful street art and is within walking distance to Montserrate ticket office. The water features in the area could be cleanet and there are homeless people but they are harmless. All the staff very polite and promptly responsive to messages. The 2-story loft has a cool layout with lots of natural light, cookware and utensils for the kitchen, the beds have pillow-top mattresses and plenty of blankets. Would come again. Great service.

Me gustó que era aseado, la ubicación muy fácil de llegar, no recomiendo salir tarde en el sector, apto más para fines de semana
NO me gustó que NUNCA hubo wifi, puse muchas quejas y nunca funcionó, entonces nunca pude ver nada en la tv que solo funcionaba con wifi, me aburrí mucho.
