I love our stay! Enjoyed the location near the beach and the town centre.

Pros:

Everywhere was clean and tidy,staff polite and no issues

Cons:

Signage coming out of carpark could be more defined, we went to wrong hotel, apparently this happens regularly.
When we checked out just before 11am there was empty mugs and glasses left on the outside walls and discarded toys from the previous day doesn't give a good impression

Hotel perfect, location for the elderly not so good

Cons:

It should have been mentioned the steep hill and steps to the hotel, the difficulty for elderly people to get from the under parking to the hotel, we found it extremely hard work walking back to hotel each day and often took a taxi

Cons:

They ended up double charging us for the room , one payment at the time of check in and then another at 2am. When we asked why they stayed it was a glitch and then back tracked and said a holding payment was taken. They wouldn’t give us a refund there and told us to wait a week. For an original £160 stay we ended up paying £350.

La habitación está muy bien, con buena calidad de cama, sábanas y almohada. Baño correcto, todo renovado recientemente. Desayuno bueno, algo más de variedad estaría mejor todavía. Gimnasio pequeño pero funcional. Personal muy amable en recepción

Cons:

Algunos días la habitación no se hace hasta la hora de comer en lugar de tenerla arreglada tras el desayuno o pronto por la mañana, problema menor que solo afecta si vas a estar bastante por el hotel

A comfortable convenient location close to the city centre.
Pros:

Location is excellent and very convenient for both the BIC and The Pavilion. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is also very good with a wide range of choices.

Cons:

Reception staff were quite disinterested.

Pros:

The room had air conditioning and was very clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Great central location, close to the beach. Overall an excellent experience!

Cons:

Breakfast was slightly disappointing (some of the hot buffet food was cold). It would be good yo have a cheaper room option which excludes breakfast.

The rooms were clean and the hotel was close to the beach and restaurants. The sea view was lovely too.

Very comfortable not too far from all attractions but was a bit high and there were a number of stairs to get to the hot

Breakfast was cold and scrambled eggs dry. Prefer fried or poached eggs but there wasn’t any! Otherwise all was good

Czyściutko, bezproblemowo.
Niedaleko tesco expres, kfc.
Plaża z górki . Hotel pod górke dla zdrowotności.
Super pobyt. Wrócę następnym razem 100%

Cons:

Brak bułek i chleba na śniadanie - tak po europejsku. Tylko chleb tostowy.
