Pleasantly surprised
Pros:

Convenient location to where I needed to be and I was pleasantly surprised as I had previously stayed at another one in Corby which was not a good experience

A wonderful place for a trip to Bournemouth.
Pros:

We had an excellent stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was tasty and neatly presented. The staff worked well to keep standards high.

A very comfortable experience at a surprisingly good price for the location.
Pros:

Well placed for the towns attractions and much appreciated complimentary breakfast with a variety of options. Very comfortable, spacious and clean room.

Cons:

An unusable safe and a plumbing issue with the toilet flush both of which were cheerfully addressed and rectified. Limited food options apart from breakfast. Basically pizzas or a curry!

Lovely clean convenient hotel. Great staff.
Pros:

Lovely welcome, very clean. Fab buffet breakfast and 5 minute walk to the BIC. Comfy bed.

Cons:

Please, please do what the staff are asking and sort out the car park. Loads of charging signs but nothing if you are on foot on how to get to the hotel. If I had been in my own at night I would have been scared.
