Absolut freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal- und das immer und ausnahmslos! Familiäre Atmosphäre, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück

Cons:

Schwierige Anfahrt bei vielen Baustellen und Parksituation - auch bei diesbezüglichen Schwierigkeiten wurde im Voraus Hilfe angeboten ! Also die Unterkunft kann n i c h t s dafür - und doch kann das für Nicht- Großstädter stressig sein.

Great Team and delicious breakfast
Pros:

The fantastic team at Hotel Deutsches Haus made our stay very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic.

Cons:

The location was convenient for the city centre but it wasn't the greatest neighbourhood. The room was comfortable but the mattresses were too soft for our liking.

Excellent place to stay.
Pros:

Superb stay. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice spacious room. Great location close to city centre. They looked after our bikes for us. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.

This is what all hotels should be like
Pros:

We stayed three nights in this exceptional hotel, very clean with comfortable beds and really well looked after by helpful communicative staff. The breakfast is outstanding and they provided various gf rolls each day. We visited in a heatwave, but with the fan provided, our room (No. 2) was really cool. We will definitely return to Bonn and this lovely hotel.

People talking and smoking early in the morning in the courtyard by our ground floor room.

Pros:

Breakfast was really nice, with some non standard home made dishes (guacamole, jelly desert etc) you could tell a lot of love had been put in it, thank you!

Fijn verblijf in goed hotel met prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.
Pros:

Goed hotel waar het rustig en comfortabel slapen is. Dank zij een ventilator ook bij vrij hoge temperaturen. Uitstekend ontbijt, goede bedden en een goed werkende douche.

Cons:

Klein nadeel is dat de wastafel niet van de hotelkamer afgezonderd is (de ander heeft dus last van het licht/geluid). Voor douche en toilet zijn wel aparte ruimtes (daar tussenin is de wastafel geplaatst, beetje bijzonder maar voor ons verder geen probleem).

Praktisches Stadthotel mit tollen Frühstück direkt an der Innenstadt

Tolles, sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Sehr zentrale Lage. Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei den aktuellen hochsommerlichen Temperaturen hat eine Klimaanlage gefehlt. Eines unserer Zimmer war zur Straße, dort war lüften nachts nur schwer möglich, da alle Geräusche von der Straße verstärkt ins Zimmer kamen.

Sehr nettes Personal und saubere Zimmer.Das Frühstück ist wunderbar.Alles was das Herz begehrt.Wir waren jetzt schon 2 mal dort und würden dieses Hotel immer wieder wählen.
