Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would recommend it 100%!

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The spa is spacious, beautiful, and perfect for families. We especially loved that there was a toddler pool with a small slide, which our daughter really enjoyed.
One of the sweetest surprises was that the hotel left a soft toy as a gift for our daughter. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. We also loved the adorable cow-themed towels for toddlers—they were such a cute detail!

Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our family stay so enjoyable.

Indoor pool area was just amazing 🥰
Bus stopped right outside which was so helpful and a shop inside that was so handy

War sehr schön und Angenehm, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ist sehr Familienfreundlich. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, auch die Bademöglichkeit im Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wunderschöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten für Gross und Klein. Sehr schöner Spielplatz auf dem Camping.

Cons:

Matratzen waren für uns eher zu weich.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig mit lokalen Produkten. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und informativ ( Frau Feierabend )
Das Felsenbad ideal zum Entspannen nach Aktivitäten.

Pros:

The sauna and pool area was clean. It was good but very limited saunas. The rooms were exceptionally clean but with old decor but we didnt mind. The mattress was so comfortable and I slept very well. The staff made our anniversary very special.

Wonderful place.
Pros:

Just a wonderful place! Cosy, clean, beautiful. All fully correspond the description. SPA is gorgeous, service is one of the best ever. Very comfortable bed. We truly enjoyed.

Älteres Chalet-Hotel mit tollem Personal
Pros:

Die Angestellten machen hier den Unterschied. Das Personal war durchs Band sehr freundlich, trotz eines Buchungsfehlers unsererseits machten sie eine Änderung möglich. Auch beim Frühstücksbuffet kamen wir mit dem Gastro-Personal ins Gespräch, wirklich überaus nett. Dasselbe passierte uns im Restaurant, schon lange nicht mehr so herzlich bedient worden wie an diesem Abend.
Das Zimmer war gross und gut beheizt, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Saunalandschaft super nach der längeren Autofahrt. Das Hotel schien auch überaus Kinder- und Familienfreundlich zu sein und wirkte auf eine sehr positive Art lebendig.

Cons:

Im Zimmer roch es etwas feucht, es schien jedoch sauber zu sein. Das Mobiliar und die Einrichtung sind alles andere als modern, jedoch ist mir das in den Skiferien auch nicht sooo wichtig. Das Hotel ist etwas ausserhalb des Dorfes, da wir mit dem Auto da waren kein Problem, sonst gibt es auch einen Bus.

Prachtig hotel, mooie kamers, uitgebreid zwembad
Pros:

Prachtige & ruime kamer. Erg mooi zwembad. Handig om een kleine winkel in het hotel te hebben. Mogelijkheid tot opladen van elektrische auto.

Cons:

Prijs van diner in de bistro is extreem hoog (ca. € 30 voor een simpele en kleine pasta).
