Sheets for the extra sofa bed was not clean and restaurant area need new seats some seats looks dirty Also the sofa in my room was damaged.

Nothing Exceptional
Pros:

Shuttle service and pool were useful for our lover and entertaining a toddler. Good breakfast.

Cons:

We arrived at 5pm and our room wasn’t ready for check in. Was told they’d come find us with the key and I had to go back to the desk after 40min to ask about it.

La proximité de l aéroport
La taille de la chambre

Cons:

- chambre bruyante proche de l’autoroute, mauvaise isolation sonore
- climatisation bruyante
- mauvaise odeur liée à la moquette
- retard de remboursement du dépôt de garantie ( pas de remboursement jusqu a maintenant soir 15 jours après le séjour)

The hotel was clean and the staff was fantastic. There were no issues with my stay.
Pros:

The lobby was clean and well laid out. The staff was quick, efficient and helpful. The breakfast room staff was on top of keeping the area well stocked and clean.

Wasn’t the best I had to check out after 1 hour and half

No water in the room to drink or to make coffee , the room smells bad ,carpet stains
