Customer service was excellent. We ended up with a room upgrade. The room was very large with a great view. The bed was comfortable. The location is very central and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to be.
We needed to leave early to catch a bus and tried to get into breakfast just as it opened, however many other people were in the same boat, the room was very crowded and so we just grabbed a few things and left. The breakfast looked amazing and we were disappointed to not get to enjoy. If it opened even 30 minutes earlier it may have helped the surge of people heading off to their hikes for the day.
Very lovely hotel with everything needed and staff were very tentative at all times. Breakfast was good too.
The hotel had a window over looking the bed from the shower with a flimsy blind, personal preference would be no window or to have a more covered blind.

This beautiful hotel truly has the "luxury" feel to it - the entrance, the fresh prepared coffee at arrival, the candy buffet, the rooms, and not to even mention the absolute best breakfast we had during our whole stay in the Dolomites. We were lucky and were provided an upgrade, which made our stay even more amazing.

The location was exceptional. The hotel is located just far enough from the main drag that you don’t get the crowd noise but close enough that you feel right in the middle of things.

Location was great as we were able to walk to shops, restaurants nearby and the buses we traveled with . Breakfast was also very nice with many selections.

garbage company collecting the garbage at 5:45am emptying glass bottles into garbage truck breaking the glass and extremely loud early in the morning . not Ambria's fault, but it was annoying.
