Great location to city center. Available parking.
Everything was great!
Nicely and modern decorated. Great location, especially when arriving by bus. Rich and tasty breakfast. Welcoming atmosphere.
Above all the staff was very friendly and helpful, offering to assist with all arrangements we had for getting out early for hiking and willing to keep our suitcases between the two stays.
We arrived at a very hot day, so having air conditioning in the room could be nice. However with the good fan and windows it was ok and we enjoyed our stay very much

Prosecco on ice in the room was a nice touch - until we left and they billed us - quite confusing.

Bedroom with terrace was fabulous. So comfortable. Great bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Lovely breakfast. Really good staff particularly Matilda on reception.
Not property related but there was a lot of construction work going on around the town.
Fantastisch hotel om te verblijven met enorm vriendelijk personeel. Wij gingen de Alta Via 1 doen en konden zowel de auto als koffers achterlaten. Na de hike hier terugkomen was als een warm bad!

Staff, breakfast and location
The building is old so in some rooms you can hear everything from the corridors and room next door.
We did mention this to the staff and they helped us move to a more quiet room which we appreciated.
Location and breakfast were both excellent.
The room is quite small making it hard for two people with suitcases to maneuver. The bed basically takes up the whole room. Closets are small and hangars too high to reach for a woman.

En chambre flexible,nous avons été surclassé le 1er soir en chambre typique en bois mais peu d éclairage,après,on nous a attribué la chambre 12 ,parfaite avec 2 fenêtres et vue imprenable sur la montagne.

Une bonne pizzeria juste en face
Prix excessif du petit dejeuner 25 euros donc nous sommes allés à la patisserie du coin,car ous ne prenons pas de petit dejeuner continental.
