Excellent staff, unique location , a little pricey
Pros:

A lovely and unique place to stay in a stunning location. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very well equipped.Fantastic welcome at reception and staff very helpful .

Cons:

Breakfast was okay, with lots of pastries, but we would have liked a little more variety such as fresh fruit or eggs.

One thing to be aware of if sharing with two or three people is that the bathroom has see-through glass and offers very little privacy.

El alojamiento es precioso. Las habitaciones son comodísimas, con todo lo necesario, recordadas con u gusto exquisito, respetando la estética del casco histórico. El desayuno, muy correcto. Lo mejor, Davide, que nos ayudó en todo momento a llegar y nos dio todas las indicaciones para visitar la ciudad y comer muy bien.

Cons:

Hay que tener en cuenta que no se puede llegar en coche. Hay que aparcarlo en un parking en las afueras, así que cuanto menos equipaje mejor, porque las calles son preciosas pero auténticas (de piedra).

Increible estancia en Matera el mejor hotel que hubieramos podido soñar servicio excelente.

Una estancia espectacular. Este hotel esta hermoso muy tipico de Matera como una cueva con todas las atenciones posibles. Fue una noche maravillosa y el personal es lindo y atento a todo.
