Very basic apartments but in a good location

The location was very good and we had a beach facing balcony view

Cons:

The amenities were very basic, no face towels or tea towels for the kitchen, only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel for the bathroom. Very basic apartments with dated furniture and no extra amenities that we got in our other apartment stays along the Gold Coast eg. no shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, no washing powder or dish sponge etc even though there was a kitchen and laundry room. The weather was very rainy while we’re were there and the rain came through the windows and balcony doors and they also became very condensed on the inside. We had no interactions with any staff members, check in was done by ourselves, we retrieved keys via a safe box and retuned them in a key drop. During our stay we did not see any staff members at the reception desk or anywhere else throughout the 2 days we stayed.

Totally recommend
Pros:

Location, warm pool, spa, sauna pure health wellness experience with ocean across the road! Hosts of complex absolutely friendly, awesome experience! Unit was updated, spacious, comfy and homely! Car parking on site excellent!

Wonderful relaxation getaway.
Loved the pool was heated and the spa bubbly.
Room was wonderful and could sit and watch the beach while enjoying relaxing in the unit.
Would definitely visit again.

Cons:

The unit we stayed in could have a floor mat in where the sofas are to add just a bit more comfort, our feet got cold on the tiles.

The only thing that was nice was the view.

Cons:

The 2brm unit we stayed in for 4 days was in need of some serious maintenance, the dryer didn't work, the light didn't work the drawer fell apart, the towel rail fell off the wall, the floor was really dirty & to top it off there was no coffee. Not very nice.😒

Pros:

The location was good for attending an event at the Gold Coast Convention Centre.

Cons:

Some of the fittings were deteriorated and prevented the widows sealing and operating as designed. Maintenance had been neglected to keep the premises to the original specifications.

Location and room are very recommended but check-in not so.
Pros:

The room was very nicely appointed with comfortable lounge which is usually rare. The view was really nice and location close to everything required in walking distance.

Cons:

The check-in using the after hours phone on a Sat was tedious to get through. Not sure why someone can’t be on the desk for checkin. This would be a vast improvement.

Great view and position but unit 38, L10 was disgraceful considering what we paid for our stay.

The view. The overall complex.

Cons:

Didn't like the unit. It had a broken toilet seat, broken towel rack, broken toilet roll holder, partially clogged bathroom sink, broken shower rose and the overall unit was dirty. The top of the fridge obviously hasn't been cleaned in years, the microwave is from the 90's. The laundry was in disarray, the light covers are from the 70s and the walls were marked with skirting boards dirty.
The designated carpark was impossible to get into and even if you could, the floor was covered in water, so, you'd have to unload luggage and passengers before you parked then swim for it once you're in. Not quite, but you wouldn't want to have nice shoes on.
