Staff were friendly, helpful and keen to make our stay as good as possible. The hotel has a fabulous aspect; we had a beautiful view of Caspian Sea and the really cool & unique skyline of Baku. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of food. The chefs made any egg variety that we wanted. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The pool was clean, warm and the facilities like the gym, sauna etc were good.
We were joining our son who was cycling to Australia from UK. The hotel was a great base for our trip. My son was permitted to store his bike in a store room.

It was a bit of a walk to the old town but we discovered a lovely sea front walk which took us to the centre of Baku & the old town.

В Баку впервые, при поиске отеля главным критерием было расположение в центре и обязательно наличие завтраков ,т.к. с нами ребенок , опирались на отзывы в Букинге ,мы всегда так делаем ,но бывают иногда фото на сайте либо отзывы не совпадают, а здесь случай 10 из 10,когда не прогадали с выбором , номера чистые ,постельное белье свежее, аж хрустит ,на такое всегда обращаю внимание ,выезжаем в отпуск всего 2-3 раза в год и хочется ,чтобы сервис соответствовал ожиданиям, ,завтраки на любой вкус ,приходили самые последние из
гостей под окончание времени завтраков,т.к.позволяем в отпуске поспать допоздна ,но тем не менее из еды все было в наличии ,приветливый персонал ,на ресепшене ребята отличные ,когда у меня возникали вопросы или какие то моменты ,шли всегда на встречу ну и само расположение не подвело ,рядом находятся в шаговой доступности 2 самых крупных ТЦ города ,на такси практически не ездили ,знакомились с городом в основном пешими прогулками ну и последнее это космический вид с номера на море

Location is excellent. Major landmark crescent hotel , Cruise options and Two big malls are right in front of this hotel.
Breakfast was very very basic nothing much to offer.
Pool was so disappointing- small suffocating space.

Overall, while the hotel had some positive aspects, the cons outweighed the pros. The lack of essential amenities, poor room maintenance, and high price made it an unsatisfactory experience.
- Lack of Bathroom Robes: The hotel doesn’t provide bathroom robes, which can be inconvenient for guests.
- Non-functional Windows: The windows in my room didn’t open, which made it difficult to ventilate the room.
- Cold and Old Breakfast: The breakfast was cold and stale, which was disappointing.
- Non-functional Safe: The safe in my room didn’t work, which was frustrating.
- Excessive Chlorine in Pool: The pool had too much chlorine, which severely irritated my eyes. They also forced me to buy a swimming cap for the same price of $12, regardless of the size.
- Poor Room Maintenance: The rooms were not well-maintained, and one of my rooms had an issue with the shower head.
- High Price: Considering the price of $980 for three rooms and three nights with city views, the hotel didn’t offer good value for money.
- Dirty Windows: The windows in my room were very dirty, which added to the overall unpleasantness of the stay.
