I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn and would like to give a huge shout-out to the entire team!
I especially want to thank Irina and Kristina for their outstanding hospitality, care and attention. But honestly, respect and appreciation to the whole team — everyone was amazing.
I highly recommend staying on the 12th floor with a sea view. The rooms have been beautifully renovated and modernized, and the whole atmosphere is really cool. With the sea view, it almost feels like you’re in the heart of Dubai, looking out toward Dubai Mall. Such a great vibe!
A special thank you to the housekeeping and cleaning teams, especially everyone working on the 11th and 12th floors. The rooms are always clean, everything is well maintained, and the service is excellent.
The reception team is also fantastic — very friendly, professional and helpful. And a big respect to the bellboy team as well. Everyone contributes to making the stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Honestly, all of you are doing a great job. Thank you for the hospitality, energy and service. I really enjoyed my stay and will be happy to come back again.

Это именно те сотрудники, которые действительно включаются в ситуацию. Они очень внимательные и ответственные. Если возникает какой-то вопрос или проблема, они не просто выслушивают, а берут ситуацию в работу, помогают найти решение и доводят задачу до результата: до того момента, когда клиент действительно остаётся доволен.
Кристина и Ирина настоящие лидеры команды и отличный пример того, каким должен быть сервис. Очень приятно видеть людей, которые искренне стараются помочь и которым действительно важно, чтобы гостю было комфортно.

The overall experience was average, and the lobby staff were very polite.The restaurant service was okay, and the fixed-price lunch alternative was decent.The lady working in the dining area was extremely kind and helpful.
Laundry Policy: I paid around 1,400 AZN at check-in. Despite this, when I used the laundry service for a shirt and socks (13 AZN), they left a note stating my clothes wouldn't be returned until I paid. Forcing a guest who already paid a large amount to prepay for a minor service shows a complete lack of trust. To make it worse, the staff did not have change for a 20 AZN note, so I had to trust them with my money while waiting for my change and clothes. They later apologized by leaving two complimentary bottles of water, but the gesture felt insufficient and unprofessional. This policy is completely wrong.Check-out Call: On my departure day, I received a call 15 minutes before the check-out time asking if I was going to extend my stay. This felt like unnecessary pressure and felt like an interrogation rather than hospitality.
