Our stay at Vassos Nissi Plage exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was simply exceptional.
The rooms were spotless every single day, and the attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. The entire staff deserves special recognition; they were genuinely warm, kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay.
The hotel’s location is perfect, just steps away from the breathtaking Nissi Beach, and everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday is within easy reach.
What impressed us most was the atmosphere. It wasn’t just excellent service—it was the feeling that every member of the team truly enjoys making guests happy. That makes all the difference.

Excellent location, right across from Nissi Beach. Good food and clean rooms, but very few options for evening entertainment. The bathroom had no ventilation or exhaust fan, so it took a very long time to dry out after a shower. One day, the hot water cut out for a short period. There were very few TV channels available especilly for Kids.

This was an absolute dream of a holiday, from the staff cleaning our room every single day to Andreas the fabulous restaurant manager, not forgetting the amazing service from Ujjwal at the Famous bar/restaurant situated at the hotel. From the minute we checked in we were treated like royalty, staff were very polite and courteous. The breakfast was amazing, food at Famous bar was exceptional with excellent service from Ujjwal, thank you for making us feel so welcome Ujjwal. Andreas thank you also for making us feel welcomed and comfortable at the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, immaculate and very well presented. The reception staff are so welcoming and if there is anything you need these are the guys that can sort it. The pools were cleaned nightly and all areas cleaned throughly by staff. The Thea bar was lovely, world Cup was on at the time of our holiday and they accommodated every game no matter what time it was showing. All in all this place is amazing and right on Nissi beach which in itself is gorgeous. The views from the hotel rooms are something else 👌

DO NOT GO TO THE HOTEL SPA!!! The lady working there, Lena, is an escroc. I booked a massage at the spa, she first examined me and she told me I have the pelvis tilted. She took pictures of my body placing her hands on my body to seem it’s crooked. She convinced that she can fix this. The procedure was a 5 minute job - she glued 4 small kinesiology tapes on my body and made me walk on place for 3 minutes. Then she proceeded to take the AFTER photos by placing her hands on my body in such a way to seem it’s fixed. She asked for this 130€. It was such a childish scam… When I refused to pay and told her it’s a scam she got very mad and asked me to leave.
I was very disappointed of the spa and the hotel - I’m pretty sure the hotel management is aware of the scams at the spa.
Great location, lovely pool area.
We were told on two occasions that we couldn’t eat or drink our own beverages around the pool on two occasions however, there are no signs to say this.
There are signs in the dining area that explicitly say ‘no food or drinks to be taken outside the restaurant’ however you will blatantly see people at breakfast making their lunch and packing cool bags with food to take out for the day! Nothing is said to them….. I don’t like double standards….

Bathroom
Not cleaned daily although the basics were done such as clean towels and bins emptied but that was about it…I spoke to the manager who thanked me for informing her however nothing changed….
Had to ask for milk, tbags etc to be replenished frequently…
They clearly need more training for the staff ……as this standard is not of a 4star.
Having said that most of the staff are friendly….
The view is very nice.
There was a buffet breakfast, but it was not good. Neither in quality nor in selection.
The dinner was also boring, which could be paid for in half board, you could only eat normally in the a'la carte Famous restaurant on the hotel grounds.
The wifi was disastrous, constantly disconnected and the signal was weak.
The pool area was open from 9 am to 6 pm, which is incomprehensible when it is light from 6 am to 10 pm and it is very hot!!!
Getting beach towels was very complicated.
It is very annoying that they start cleaning the beds and the entire swimming area at 5 pm, that we felt uncomfortable, why don't we leave earlier?!
Unfortunately, the beach was full of algae, the water was disgusting. Two people tried to fish, unsuccessfully.
The beaches further away were clean.
The price of the room was very high, because of the view, but it is a small service for this money.
It was a disappointment....
