Historisches Hotel mit Charme
Pros:

Es hat ein besonderes Flair in einem kleinen Hotel erbaut im 18. Jahrhundert zu übernachten

Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und eingerichtet mit passend alten Möbeln, einem Himmelbett und Deko mit Souvenirs aus Afrika. Schöner Ausblick ins Grüne, mit Balkon

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und ein ganz lieber Haushund

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker - Eier zubereitet auf Wunsch, frisch gebackener Kuchen, Obstsalat

Relativ zentrale Lage. Zur Abtei nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Hoteleigene Parkplätze gibt es nicht aber einen Parkplatz zu finden war kein Problem.

Cons:

Schade, dass es auf dem Balkon keine Sitzgelegenheit gab.

Prachtig sfeervol hotel
Pros:

Prachtig oud pand. Heel mooi ingericht! Echt een parel. We kregen de Afrika-kamer. Echt heel bijzonder met hemelbed. Zo mooi sfeervol ingericht met heel mooi uitzicht.
Heerlijk ontbijt met een eitje, speciaal naar jouw wensen bereid. Parkeren kan in de straat of stukje verderop. Gratis. We hebben genoten in dit sfeervolle hotel.

Cons:

Niets.
Een enkele aanmerking:
Er is in t hotel maar één kamer met douche. Wij hadden een kamer met heel grote sfeervolle badkamer met een laag bad met douche zonder stang. Het is wel helemaal in de sfeer zo'n prachtig bad maar niet zo handig.

Mooi hotel, vriendelijke gastheer op loopafstand van alles wat Stavelot te bieden heeft.
Pros:

Vriendelijke ontvangst, aardige gastheer, goed ontbijt.
Qua locatie op loopafstand van het centrum van Stavelot.
Wil je de auto parkeren in de straat van het hotel, dan moet je geluk hebben.
Maar op loopafstand is er voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Hotel Dufays ist ein außergewöhnliches altes und großes Haus, das sehr individuell und mit Geschmack eingerichtet ist.
Hervorzuheben ist das reichhaltige Frühstück, das in einem schönen Frühstücksraum serviert wurde. Die Lage im Zentrum war ruhig.

Perfect Period Place
Pros:

The host is great, he is so friendly, helpful and talkative, in English. Just what a solo traveller needs in a foreign language country. The rooms are to behold, so period feel, the garden is perfect for a beer and a book, and it's short walk to centre of town for resteraunts etc. Breakfast is magnificent and Joy the dog is a delight, the say dogs and owners take after each other, this is true in this case

Pros:

Man hat es uns ermöglicht, mit unserem alten Hund ein Erdgeschoss-Zimmer zu erhalten. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit diversen Käsesorten (weit über dem üblichen Standard) zur Auswahl.
Netter Frühstücksraum mit Gartenblick. Zentrale und ruhige Ortslage. Gute Spazier- und Wandermöglichkeiten.

Leuk weekend met veel wandelen
Pros:

Ontbijt was goed. Ruime kamer met helaas hele luidruchtige vloeren. Je kon niet lopen,want de kast stond te dansen in de kamer. Dus snachts naar toilet ging niet zonder partner wakker te maken. Kamer was prachtig en mooi groot.

De vloer van je kamer. Je kon niet lopen zonder kraakvloeren en zonder dat de kastdeur stond te rammelen
