Cons:

Kapotte minibar. Had er een drankje ter compensatie tegenover gezet.

Vriendelijk, centraal en toch rustig gelegen hotel
Pros:

Aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Heel verzorgd ontbijtbuffet - echt hoge kwaliteit. Terras achter met zitjes. Charmant oud gebouw met ouderwetse meubels (moet je van houden overigens). De locatie is centraal, maar toch in een rustige straat.

Cons:

Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Prijs was wellicht verhoogd omdat André Rieu die avond optrad (daar kwamen wij niet voor), maar zelfs dan te duur voor wat je kreeg. Dat gezegd hebbende: nog steeds een prima hotelkeuze.

Heerlijke oase van rust in de stad
Pros:

Dit was onze tweede keer in hotel Botticelli. Heerlijk hotel midden in het centrum van Maastricht. Super vriendelijk personeel en mooie kamer met geweldige bedden. De tuin was een oase van rust in een drukke stad. We komen graag terug!

Toplocatie en prima voor één nacht.
Pros:

Top locatie bij centrum. We kwamen na openingstijd aan maar dat werd goed opgelost .
Personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk.

Cons:

Sanitair was verouderd, scheuren in wasbak maar wel schoon. Te duur voor de kamer.

Zeer tevreden!

Fijn dichtbij het centrum/vrijthof
Heerlijk ontbijt, in de knusse binnentuin genuttigd!

Lovely boutique hotel in a fabulous location.
Pros:

The location is just amazing! 1 minute walk to Vrijthof square. The hotel decor is beautiful. Especially the sitting and dining room. The courtyard is fabulous and a great asset when the weather is nice.
We were in room 16 and it was up a steep set of stairs. Room was lovely. So quiet (apart from the cockerel every morning at 6.30). The beds were so comfortable. Small bathroom but it was fine for us.
Highly recommend and I would definitely stay again.

Nothing to dislike.

Cons:

Check in e checkout precisam melhorar. Não recebi conta para conferência. O café da manhã é muito fraco, precisamos de frutas, ovos mexidos, etc.
