i like it and i would stay again if i have exhibitions again in the area

the room is so comfortable bed etc...and the staff are great, so calm hotel, the breakfast is good , i would recommend this hotel to my next stay

Clean and cozy room, great location close to everything, and awesome food with plenty of choices.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Another huge plus was the food — it was delicious and offered a great variety every day.

Cons:

Oteldeki camların neredeyse hiç açılmaması ortamı oldukça havasız hale getiriyor ve açıkçası bir “hapishane hissi” veriyor. Ayrıca sabah saat 09:00 civarında arayarak kahvaltımızın saat 12:00’de odaya getirilmesini talep ettim; ancak hiçbir şekilde kahvaltı gelmedi. Saat 11:30’da tekrar aradığımda ise, otelden çıkış saatimiz olan 12:00’ye yalnızca 15 dakika kala aranıp istersek kahvaltının gönderilebileceği söylendi.

15 dakika içinde hem kahvaltı yapıp hem de hazırlanıp çıkış yapmamızın nasıl beklendiğini anlamakta zorlandım. Böylesine büyük bir markadan organizasyon ve operasyon konusunda çok daha planlı ve profesyonel bir hizmet beklerdim. Bu süreçlerin, işini daha iyi organize edebilen kişiler tarafından yönetilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

I didn't feel comfortable.
Pros:

The breakfast was stale and leftover from the previous day. The vegetables and cheese were completely unused, and I told the hotel management about this.

Cleanliness wasn't the best i found bread crumbs on the floor when i first checked in and asked the housekeeping to clean she gave me the hoover so I can do it myself that was quite surprising for me
