NOT UP TO STANDARD
Pros:

Upon arrival at the hotel, nobody bothered to help us with our luggage, despite clearly seeing us struggling with it. At that moment, I genuinely had to wonder..did we just arrive at a Hilton, or a random 2-star hotel down the road? Not exactly the first impression you expect from a Hilton.

After an exhausting flight, you would expect some basic hospitality.. ideally, someone approaching the car, offering to take your luggage, and making you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. Instead, there was nobody at the entrance to help. Nothing. We then checked in with the receptionist, and once again, nobody offered to help us take our luggage upstairs.

The hotel itself was actually comfortable and the facilities were good, but unfortunately, the staff really let the experience down. It’s such a shame, because with more attentive and welcoming service, we probably would have stayed for our full 8-night trip. Instead, we stayed only 2 nights and moved to another hotel where the staff were considerably more helpful.

The location is also quite far from the city centre, which is another downside to consider.

I normally don’t write negative reviews, but I wanted to leave some constructive criticism in the hope that management takes it seriously. Perhaps reviewing the CCTV footage from our arrival and check-in would give a good indication of how little assistance was actually offered with our luggage.

Overall, the facilities were good and the hotel itself was comfortable.. it was the hospitality that was missing. A little attentiveness from the staff could have made a huge difference and potentially turned a 2-night stay into an 8-night one.

Много лошо отношение на рецепцията. Държат се Много надменно с клиентите.През ноща някой посетител който явно си беше объркал стаята отвори нашата стая с неговата карта. Обърнахме се към рецепцията-нищо вдигат рамене..Не ходете в този хотел ако искате да прекарате хубави дни в Истанбул.
