A great place to stay after a long flight - welcoming and friendly staff
Pros:

Nice and spacious lobby and bar area. They had some nice freebies like popcorn and flavoured ice water upon arrival. The staff were really lovely, Rodi was energetic, friendly, welcoming and great with our kids! We had the pool all to ourselves and the kids had a blast.

Cons:

The bathroom felt a little stuffy and could have been better ventilated

Good for a one night stay in my opinion.
Pros:

The two bartending staff were amazing and accommodating, we also enjoyed playing at the pool table while having drinks.

Cons:

I didn’t like they forgot to give me my breakfast ticket and I almost paid because of that mistake. The room was okay for the one night but the AC was so loud and noisy plus very thin walls.

Clean and convenient hotel close by LAX, perfect for 1 night between flights. Efficient check in. Great bed.

Cons:

Room 203 has the view on trash and noise from people managing this trash from 6 am.
I’ve messaged the hotel on Booking a couple of times well in advance to get info on the fee shuffle from the airport: I’ve never got a response.

Dirty Experience
Pros:

The bathroom was disgusting, the air vents were filthy, and there was rust everywhere. This was extremely disappointing and definitely not the level of cleanliness or experience we expect from a Marriott property.

Si vous n’avez aucune conscience écologique et que vous êtes vacciné contre le tétanos. Foncez!

La rouille dans la baignoire. Dans ce contexte on ne mets pas à disposition cette chambre aux clients (chambre 320)
La quantité de déchets cartons/plastique générée par le petit déjeuner. Pas compliqué de mettre des distributeur (lait, céréales etc…)

Pros:

L’emplacement. Proche du supermarché et divers restaurants et cafés à pieds.

Cons:

Chambre trop petite. Nous avions une chambre de 2 lits mais il est impossible d’ouvrir 2 valises complètement.
Hotel très bruyant, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs.
Après-shampoing non rechargé dans la salle de bains, prise qui ne fonctionne pas au dessus de la table de chevet, pas de lumière au dessus de la machine à café donc on ne voit pas la quantité d’eau que l’on met…

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Phenomenal Stay – Exceeded All Expectations!

I cannot say enough good things about the Aloft El Segundo!

After needing a room at the absolute last minute with no prior reservation, the staff welcomed me with open arms and accommodated me immediately.

The customer service here is unmatched. Every staff member was super friendly, contributing to a vibrant and amazing overall atmosphere.
My room was exceptionally clean, incredibly comfortable, and featured a beautiful view overlooking their pool area. They also offer a great complimentary breakfast to start your day, and the proximity to the airport makes traveling completely stress-free.

To top it all off, the pricing was fantastic for the high quality you receive. I had a wonderful experience and will absolutely be coming back!
