Cleanliness
7.2
Mixed reports: several guests praised general cleanliness, but there are concrete negative incidents (cucaracha in a room, remnants of fumigation with dead pests) and comments about shower/baño detalles; overall slightly below target.
Service
9.8
Generally praised: multiple mentions of very amable/atento staff and quick maintenance response; a few reports of poor handling (sofa cama bedding, delays), but overall strong service that compensates other negatives.
Location
10
Consistently excellent: many guests highlight proximity to Expiatorio, Calzada de los Héroes, centro, Poliforum and easy walking access — a standout strength.
Room Quality
7.6
Mixed to negative: issues reported include malfunctioning AC (including turning on automatically), lack of hot water in some rooms, uncomfortable mattresses, noisy neighbors, and sofa-bed not usable in some cases.
Amenities
8.2
Moderate: guests note parking availability but tight spaces, TV without Netflix capability or not connected, shower temperature inconsistencies; basic amenities present but with occasional shortcomings.
Value for Money
9.8
Positive comments on price and value: multiple guests explicitly state good calidad-precio and satisfaction with cost relative to offering.
Food and Beverage
8.8
No mentions of food or beverage in the reviews; assigned target overall rating as standard.
Overall Experience
9
Predominantly positive overall: many repeat guests, comfortable stays, and praise for location and staff; isolated operational issues lowered some room-specific experiences but overall guests report satisfaction.

Mas que cumplido relación costo - beneficio
Pros:

Todo en orden, y muy buena ubicación.

Cons:
