Stylish, comfortable hotel, but the poor soundproofing lets it down.
Pros:

Lovely décor throughout the hotel, stylish furnishings in the rooms, a brilliant spacious shower, very effective air conditioning, and a comfortable bed.

Cons:

If you’re a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I’m a heavy sleeper and could still hear every door unlocking, footsteps in the corridor, and music coming from the garden outside. The soundproofing really lets the hotel down.

A bit dark but I guess that was the theme! The main street, Rustavelli, is under construction so the location was not as ideal as it might have been

Vistit is an Exprerience but choose another hotel of you want a Clean room

Perfect Location, building and the internal Very beauty, someone study a lot for that.

Cons:

Rooms are Very dirty. Cleanings are option but you cannot play for that. They don’t do it

Beautiful hotel but not flood proofed!
Pros:

It was designed beautifully, the decor is a bit spooky but in a cool way

Cons:

Unfortunately it rained very heavily whilst I was there and my room got completely flooded, thankfully I had not put any of my belongings on the floor otherwise it all would have been badly damaged. They did give me a new room on another floor the next day but it was not ideal I think they really need to close the entire floor sort out the issue or it will just keep flooding.

Found free parking here, which was a big plus.

This place is marketed as a five star hotel, but it is not even close to one.
Even though everything is fine here, five star has a very different meaning.
