Big and clean room with high quality beddings. Perfect for family of 4 or 5.

We stayed in the loft suite with our small family and were very impressed by how spacious it was one of the largest rooms we’ve stayed in. The suite included one queen bed and three single beds, along with separate toilet and shower rooms, a kitchen, a sofa, a TV, and a dining table that seated six. if my memory serves me right. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and we slept really well throughout our stay. The location is also excellent, right next to a large Westfield shopping centre, which made everything very convenient. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend it to families. One thing to note is that reception is not staffed at certain times on weekdays and Saturdays, and is closed on Sundays, so it’s worth arranging key pickup in advance if you expect to arrive during those times.

The bed was.the most comfortable ive stayed in by far, i almost slept through check out.

If you want to stay somewhere you get treated like family the this is it
Pros:

The Tea Tree is clean and welcoming, the staff are the most friendly I have come across while staying at different accommodations.
I have stayed at this place twice now and I did not once not get treated like an old friend by any of the staff.
The cafe/restaurant and bar is nice with good food at a fair price and like the rest of the place very friendly staff.
Our room was clean and comfortable with a good quality modern large screen tv with access to all the apps.
There are rooms with a spa bath and a balcony.
There is a large shopping centre a leisurely walk across a beautiful park that is lit for safety at night.
This is now my place of choice on future stays in Adelaide.
If your aim is to stay in the city centre then this is not the place for you as it is about 15 km away.

Maybe the other rooms are better,staff were very apologetic

Cons:

Bathroom was very outdated,shower head couldn’t be altered.faced straight out flooded the floor.shower curtain was to long and dirty on the bottom.had to hold the shower head,washing hair was a nightmare.cupboard top in main room had sugar spilt on it .
