There was no heating in the room and we weren't told until after we booked in and entering our room.The curtains didn't block out the lights from outside. Couldn't sleep due to amount of light Cupboards all damaged, bed base ripped. Supply of drinking water for kettle should be free . Should have sign saying what is complimentary. No breakfast available.
