Excellent accomodation and quietness , easy to leave early with drop box and self exit building
Pros:

Excellent location from family.
Bed was amazing and hard . Having had soft bed for four weeks. Loved the bed
We had flown internationally for 24 hours and having a shower and hard mattress
To sleep on was perfect to replenish ourselves

Close to shops & well placed for our stay.
Attached Paradiso bar & restaurant very nice & convenient.
Very happy to have use of 2 luggage racks.

Don’t like mini bar.

Would stay again. Probably the best shower I’ve used in a hotel.

Room was modern and clean

Cons:

Nothing open early so couldn’t get a coffee or any breakfast. Left at 630am and everything was still shut. No open cage close by either. Seemed strange

Excellent. Clean and great rooms. After hours check-in could be easier.

Cons:

The check in process when the reception is closed is appalling. The process of attempting to download the app didn’t work, and I believe that it’s too complex for many people and should be discontinued. The lock box procedure is all that is required.
The self-serve coffee is lukewarm, and the TV is hard to work out.

Comfortable, roomy and convenient
Pros:

Staff are always helpful and friendly. It is handy having the choice of room service or the opportunity to have a meal on site.
Location is great as it is an easy walk to the shopping centre.

Cons:

I would have liked to be able to adjust the temperature to make it cooler for sleeping at night.
