The room showed in the photos had a balcony with a garden view at the front, But the one i checked in had a balcony with a huge warehouse roof at the front and no garden view.

Its a comfortable hotel well located . It is a bit dated décor wise & I questioned why it was rated as exceptional.
Now having stayed, I rate the comfort ,great strong showers and almost instant room service as more than very good . However,what makes it is the staff. I've never known a hotel where everyone from the amazingly welcoming reception staff,super friendly housekeeping,& restaurant
Staff treat everyone as a truly valued guest.
I had a small problem with my room and the staff were really genuinely upset that I'd had such ( a minor ) inconvenience.
This place does deserve its 'excellent' rating. Absolutely recommend 10/10

Pros:

Everything is always amazing.

Cons:

It was a little warm in the room this time. It would be nice to have a lockable screen door on the balcony rooms so that we can sleep with the cool night breeze. Other than that minor suggestion everything else was great.

Comfortable room at a great price
Pros:

Comfortable bed, clean throughout, great location and good sized spa bath.

Cons:

A little noisy at night from a function but that was shut down at the appropriate time so not a big drama. The air conditioner temp couldn’t be changed so it got a little warm.

Very comfortable rooms and so convenient having the dining facilities on site. The housekeeping was excellent, rooms comfortable and the staff very very helpful. A very pleasant stay and I’d stay there again

Cons:

As a single woman traveller, don’t get a room with a balcony. My neighbour jumped the rail and came onto my balcony which frightened me terribly. He was only after the furniture but …. I’ll stay there again, I’ll just change the type of room that I request.

Cons:

Should not have to pay for cheap bottled water. That is weird. At least two bottles should be free, especially as a bottle can’t be refilled in the sink and a jug wasn’t provided in the fridge.

Its becoming one of our regulars
Pros:

A great location, with friendly staff, a well stocked mini bar. The shower is great. Close to Tee Tree Plaza, for shopping. Its becoming our regular, when we need to be out this way.

Cons:

Not a deal breaker, there are some areas in the room that are starting to show wear.
