Pros:

Very friendly staff, closed parking and good quality food. Location is also beautiful.

Cons:

It could be cleaner. Stains on the carpet in the room, some mold in the bathroom. You hear the noise of the wellness pool all night through the walls. Not quite the standard for the price.

Accueil - Qualité du service - Qualité des locaux - La vue sur le lac de Lugano et le restaurant.

Cons:

A proximité immédiate de l'hôtel, le bâtiment du casino municipal est une abberation architecturale.

Alles in allem war es ein schöner,.entspannter Aufenthalt und wir würden gern wieder kommen

Personal sehr freundlich und offen-Service wie Rezeption, tolles, vielfältiges Frühstück, Zimmer war riesig und wir haben ein kostenfreies Upgrade bekommen, Zimmer mit einem phantastischen Seeblick, obwohl das Hotel an einer Straße liegt, kann man toll draußen frühstücken, man kommt mit Schiff und Bus fußläufig in die Umgebung

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein für diese Hotel Kategorie, einige Dinge im und am Zimmer müssten mal ausgetauscht und erneuert werden
