I had the indulgence package at the DaVinci and it blew my mind. 10/10 for everything. So much value for money and real 5 star treatment.
We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. Walking distance to the Nelson Mandela square. The facilities and amenities are excellent, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms are well-appointed, the public areas are beautifully maintained, and the restaurants offer a wonderful dining experience.
What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. From the warm welcome at the entrance to the friendly and efficient reception team, and the attentive service throughout the restaurants, every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Really well appointed hotel, great location and fantastic service.
The hotel also has dedicated parking which was super convenient as we rented a car.
It is literally connected to the shopping centre and the rooms and service were great. We even had a choice of pillow type which makes all the difference. We used the gym which was well appointed and if we ever do go back we’ll use the spa next time too as we didn’t get around to it this time.

The breakfast Menu needs to be changed. It has been the same Menu for a long time now.

fantastic location. bit of a drive from airport. safe, comfortable, very nice rooms and great staff. connected to nearby mega shopping mall with everything you need.
picked over the internet for safety and location, and it delivered. breakfast is very layback, so don't be in a rush, but Capsicum, the chef, will do anything within his power to accommodate you. oh, um, l picked up a new habit for this lovely hotel... breakfast mimosas.... cheers
It is a spacious room and is located in the heart of the city. While the staff are being pleasant, by and large, cleanliness and responsiveness are beyond comprehension.
We had a wonderful time there; the room was beautiful and very well equipped with everything one usually needs when traveling: all the amenities, bottled water, a hair dryer, very comfortable beds and pillows, and a good-sized desk. In addition, the room and bathroom were very clean, which is important.
Breakfast at the restaurant was great; the buffet offered a wide variety of options, and there was also a menu with several hot breakfast choices.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, both at the hotel and in the breakfast restaurant.
And the fact that the hotel is located inside the shopping center is definitely a plus.
