Pros:

Prachtige locatie, personeel heel vriendelijk, gezelligheid 's avonds, iedere dag opgemaakte bedden, ruime ligweide, altijd genoeg bedjes voor iedereen, overal gezellig barretjes, afstand naar centrum prima (10 min. te voet), op en top service.

Cons:

Weinig Nederlandse gezinnen, vooral Engelsen (totaal niet vervelend overigens), weinig variatie bij ontbijt, genoeg keuze maar wel altijd dezelfde keuzes.

Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie zwembaden. Goed ontbijt. Kamers zijn netjes en ruim. Alles ziet er netjes en sfeervol uit. Elke avond een activiteit zoals quiz of karaoke zorgt voor sfeer en gezelligheid

Everything was fine, the staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, the complex was nice, the food was delicious.

Cons:

The breakfast was the same every day. Our room was next to the service room for the water pump for the entire complex, and there was quite an unpleasant noise all night long. The room was number 207. They told us they would fix it, but nothing changed while we were there.

The swimming pools are lovely, and good food in the restaurant. Also good, calm location just outside of the busy Chersonnisos town

Cons:

The studio was small and old, moist and the beds were very bad. It was still dirty when we arrived with jam on the table and floor, moss in the bathroom and dirt everywhere. You pay for the use of the airco. Our airco was leaking water

The location and the staff. Quite. Great facilities for the kids.

Cons:

Small things they ad up. Had a kitchen but no dish soap or sponge. Makes you think, are the dishes washed or rinsed. No soap in the water closet either, but I had some. The bed did not dent when you sat on it. Extremely hard. Nickel and dimed you. 5 euros to use the gym each time. If you knew dome of these things going in, you could be prepared.

Bien pour un court séjour
Pros:

Nous avons appréciés la gentillesse du personnel et les repas de la demi-pension sont très bon et variés.
Animation du soir très sympa.

Cons:

Les lits des enfants ne sont pas confortables, ça peut aller pour des enfants bas âge mais pas pour des adolescents.
Apartement et terrasse trop petits pour 4 personnes.
Horaires de la piscine trop restreints et il faut payer en supplément la climatisation, cela est un peu déplacé alors qu'il y a un système de coupure d'électricité automatique dès qu'une porte est ouverte pour des raisons évidentes.

Vesiliukumäet ja allasalue huippukivat, lapset viihtyi. Aamupala hyvä ja henkilökunta todella ystävällisiä.

Cons:

Ihmettelimme, kun huoneessa ei ollut käsisaippuaa, eikä sellaista tuotu oleskelumme aikana vaan jouduimme ostamaan kaupasta oman. Kylpyhuonetilat uusinnan tarpeessa.

Le personnel, en particulier Phalos, Mme Bellos et la dame de l'accueil, qui ont été d une gentillesse exceptionnelle.
Joli hôtel, belle piscine, très propre et entretenu,
15mn a pied du centre ville et de la plage

Cons:

Éviter les chambres donnant juste en face de la piscine, il y fait très chaud et les animations dures jusqu à minuit.

Very good
Pros:

Lovely hotel,well kept, lovely staff.

Cons:

We stayed in a room next to a generator.
It was ok during the day but first thing in a morning it was non stop.
From about 7am.
Not good if you wanted more sleep.
