Everything about the place was truly fabulous

Desde el momento que llegamos el recibimiento del staff fue increíble con una gran sonrisa. Tuvimos la oportunidad de conversar con los propietarios que son súper buena onda. El establecimiento está súper bonito y es muy tranquilo fuera del ruido. La habitación es súper confortable y limpia, cuenta con todas las amenidades conforme a la descripción de Booking, incluyendo el wi-fi que está top. El desayuno cuenta con varias opciones y es muy delicioso, en extra puedes comprar una rica focaccia muy recomendable . Tienen además servicio de renta de bicicletas directamente con ellos.

Veníamos por 3 noches y nos quedamos la semana entera 🤩
100% recomendable, sin duda volveríamos.

After the night of 29th May that was full, I returned to my "personal paradise", Village Ortigia Tropical Lodge. For me this place has something special that made me fall in love with it. It is its magical atmosphere that make me feel good? Not only...the rooms are large and the mattress just changed is very confortable. The breakfasts offered have home made products, the bistrot is just great and the staff is very very kind and extremely gentle and smiling! Fantastic Ortigia!❤️

Gorgeous villa in quiet spot in the island and still close to everything.

Everything! I had to leave for a night, since it was fully booked....quite happy to be back to my favourite place in Gili Trawangan. One of the breakfast' s choice is fantastic, with home made bread. This is my favorite...love the scrambled eggs, yougurt, jam and fruit. One other breakfast is the ingredient pancake...I asked for the receipe, so much I loved it! 😍
The place has incredible friendly and gentle staff. Will be back on 30th and after few days next year. Always here in Ortigia! Incredibile cleaned joglo , confortable mattress, swimmed and enjoyed fresh air on my veranda. I loved the focaccia! And in the menu...

Sooo friendly and the fluffy pancakes for breakfast were absolutely amazing! The room was super clean, and you’re really in nature. Loved it!!

Un séjour absolument extraordinaire ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin, le personnel est adorable, toujours souriant et attentionné, la chambre était magnifique et très confortable, et la piscine incroyable.
Le cadre est juste sublime, calme et reposant, idéal pour profiter pleinement de Gili T. Nous nous sommes sentis tellement bien ici que nous ne voulions plus partir !
Nous recommandons cet hôtel à 100 %, sans hésitation. Merci encore pour cette expérience inoubliable !

I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Gili Trawangan. The island is beautiful and full of energy, but the center can sometimes be a bit loud, so finding Ortigia Tropical Lodge felt like discovering a peaceful hidden spot.
The location is perfect: very close to the beach, yet quiet and relaxing at night. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed.
One of the best parts of the stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the atmosphere feel very personal and warm.
Breakfast was also excellent, with fresh homemade products and great quality ingredients. You can really feel the care behind the whole experience.
Overall, this place made my trip to Gili Trawangan even more special, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Ad Ortigia ci siamo sentiti a casa, accolti da uno staff super gentile. Le colazioni erano deliziose e per questo abbiamo assaggiato il bistrot, una cucina semplice e buonissima 😋 pane e focaccia fatti in casa!! Lo staff ci ha organizzato due tour bellissimi di snorkling e gita a Lombok. Ad Ortigia l'atmosfera è davvero unica, slow living e relax. Consigliassimo!

Struttura gestita da dei ragazzi italiani che fanno davvero la differenza. Sono stati accoglienti, disponibili e ci hanno aiutato con consigli anche durante gli imprevisti.
La camera non era molto spaziosa ma con tutto il necessario. Bagno molto suggestivo con un grande albero al suo interno, molto bello.
Pulizia molto accurata, venivano a fare il servizio di pulizia sia la mattina che la sera dopo le docce. Molto apprezzato.

L’hospitalité italienne par excellence : l’hôte est hyper accueillant, fait attention à ce que vous ayez tout ce qu’il vous faut, souriant et très gentil.
Très belles chambres, propres et calmes (pas de bruits de coq ou d’appel à la prière).
A 5min de la plage en vélo

Perfect stay! If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. The staff is very kind and helpful, and the place is clean — something that in Indonesia is not to be taken for granted! Daniele is a perfect host, helping you organize your stay in Gili Trawangan with his suggestions, the availability of services, and his warm and friendly welcome. Absolutely recommended!

Instalaciones, personal muy atento y amable. El chico italiano que creo que era el dueño nos gestionó la excursión que cogimos y las bicis, el hotel en general muy bien. Muy limpio y cuidado. Desayuno muy rico

La struttura è bella, accogliente e pulita. Ma la vera perla di questo posto sono soprattutto Daniele ed Alessandro. La passione per il loro lavoro e la loro gentilezza hanno reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Ci hanno dato consigli su dove mangiare, aiutato ad organizzare gite ed attività, soddisfatto le nostre richieste che hanno fatto sì che i giorni trascorsi sull’isola diventassero la parte più bella della nostra vacanza. Inoltre, la colazione cucinata da Daniele era divina. Ci hanno davvero dimostrato come lo staff possa cambiare completamente il tuo soggiorno e la tua esperienza. Vi terremo nel nostro cuore!
