Pros:

It is a good location to visit the city walking. At night it is better to use a taxi. The hotel is convenient for a day or two, restaurant on the rooftop.m as well can be convenient. The breakfast should be better though (it was served kind of cold and the bread not fresh). The room is okay (bathroom should be renovated). The people are really nice and available if you need anything.

Cons:

The bathroom should be better I think and the breakfast not cooked in advance for it to remain hot.

Most people there speak enough English, which is very rare in Madagascar and a big plus for visitors from UK / America etc.

The Hotel is value for money. Located in a very busy area, both day and night. The breakfast was also good.
