We likely won't visit this place again
Cons:

From the outside, the villa looks quite nice, but the situation changes once you step inside; it is immediately apparent that time stood still there long ago—and this applies to the staff and the housekeeping team as well (they seem to overlook the old grime in the showers—overall, it’s poor). A plea to the owners: wake up and update the outdated interiors and service.

Erg leuk behalve ontbijt tijden en dame
Pros:

Mooi boutique hotel! Aan het strand. Parking!

Cons:

Ontbijt. Tot 10.00 uur en zeer agressieve en onvriendelijke dame. Deze past totaal niet in de sfeer van het hotel. Verder zou ik ontbijt altijd tot 11.00 uur doen in zo’n relaxte stad

An ideally situated comfortable hotel
Pros:

Comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful reception staff , a very short walk from the beach.
The staff managed to park our car in the hotel’s small car park which was a bonus.

All good, no dislikes

Pros:

The rooms were clean and well furnished.

Cons:

The staff were rather unfriendly and the room was not ready upon check in with no apologies from the staff. Room lacked a proper shower.

Beautiful but old hotel
Pros:

Beautiful old hotel, in quieter part of San Sebastian, near beach.

Cons:

The facilities were a bit tired. Bath cracked. Air conditioning terribly noisy. Kettle temperamental. Breakfast very basic and not much atmosphere.
