Good location
Tap didn’t work properly / water kept stopping and the shower temperature regulator was not working but I didn’t have time to chase this up - so this meant I did not shower
The staff, room all great 👍👍👍
The breakfast food was very nice, but the area was very congested, tea and coffee machines in the corner, then milk was on a table behind you, and people waiting to use the very slow toasting machine, is just caused a bottle neck area, generally the area had lots of space, perhaps move things around, a bit
Nice and clean hotel and staff were amazing, especially when we checked in. They both helped with the car park and answered any questions we had were all answered. They were both exceptional. We checked in at 2 in morning so i would like for those staff to be appreciated.
I didnt like the layout of bath/shower. Eventhough we r husband n wife would have liked an option to cover the bath completely so i could shower in private.
Was very well looked after. We was guest off the day a received a free room upgrade

We liked the size of the room we did upgrade though , the location was great , a very comfy bed.
The complementary mini bar was extremely poor. It was sold to us on the upgrade that it would be fully stocked , what we actually got was two beers and a couple of cold drinks , also there was no socket next to a mirror which was difficult for my wife due to her curling her hair , the shower screen leaked the controls on the shower fell off , so for the money we paid for the upgrade we didn't think it was worth it , I'm pretty sure you could do better as the hotel itself is lovely

Breakfast was dreadful on both days with lukewarm warm food, poor service and extremely grubby/stained seats.
