Lifts were always busy and there were long waits
Lovely comfortable room, very quiet, good shower, lots of facilities like hairdryers, iron and toiletries. Also great location. A 5 min walk from Deansgate station and Bridgewater Hall

Great hotel lovely rooms very friendly staff
The lifts took a while and we’re always full
Very clean, modern, central, staff were excellent and rooms were very well appointed.

I didn't really like the open plan arrangement of the room with the bathroom (but they Have correctly mentioned this fact on the site). The issue was, it was difficult to climb in and out of the bath/ shower (no handrail ) and nowhere to keep my toiletries, so it was a bit of a hassle.
Breakfast was tasty but it was the same the whole 3 days we were there. Some hot items like scrambled eggs, bacon and baked beans were provided.
Some staff at the reception and one italian guy at the restaurant were a bit short and unwelcoming. This detracted significantly from the overall stay.
The location was not as central as mentioned. Have to walk 500m to 1km to get to the actual city centre.
