Very modern with good facilities
One of the lifts was broken and the other one kept getting stuck on one floor
Location,clean and friendly staff
Hotel was lovely and it's situated about a 15 minute walk from the arndale centre
The only negative I have is that 1 of the 2 elevators was broken during the entire stay. On the final day when leaving, the second broke, this wasn't fun as we had to carry our luggage down from the 10th floor.

Only one lift working
The hotel is modern, clean and ideally placed for Manchester city centre. It's close to Q-Park in First Street, just a short walk away.
It's close to O2 Ritz, Gorilla and the Palace Theatre, so easy for shows and gigs in that area.
It's a 10 story hotel, no problem, although there were long waits for a lift as only one was working. Also that lift got stuck for a short while whilst we were there.
Also, the breakfast was average at best. The sausages were cold, as were the mushrooms, and the bacon looked anaemic.... it needed cooking longer to give it a bit of colour. Not everyone likes rubbery bacon fat.
But the toast was good as was the coffee.
So, on that basis £171 for a one night stay is quite steep.
The location is good and it is close to the train station, deans and a short walk from Oxford Road etc.
The beds were comfortable and the room was good.
