Good location, decent water pressure and spacious room.
I could hear the noise from opening/closing of doors from inside my room - not good if you are a light sleeper. Lifts are incredibly slow during busier times. It can take you 5-10 minutes.

The property has a lingering smell of food in the hallway and corridors. The elevators are very ineffective. It takes 5min + waiting time to get downstairs. Breakfast and restaurant area cleanliness was poor.

Location is good. Surrounding bars and cafes also good. Lovely views.
It feels like it is fading a bit. Little details that once looked cool are not being maintained properly. Small things and easily fixed. I wonder if the Gino d’Campo thing is causing problems?
Very clean and lovely friendly staff. Tge rooms were spotless with tea coffee and extras in fridge included. Room separate toilet to shower and sink sat outside both. Would say the room more suited to a couple rather than friends sharing room, as only room to change in. And if you switch light on for toilet in night the room also lights to the sink which could disturbe your room mate. Iron n board in wardrobe and a very spacious room. Even though it was busy it was quiet in room. The breakfast was best ever and ive eaten in many hotels/ away hols ect ? Im not a big eater at breakfast but the food was to die for. With plenty of choice for everyones diet. Could of sat there all morning at the fruit bar especially, so fresh as all the time it was being topped up. Will say think they could do with both coffee machines on at breakfast as i attempted 4 times to que to get coffee and it either needed more beans or tray emptying? Otherwise 100% ++++ breakfast.
The bathroom set up felt a little impersonal but get the modern set up which all looked fantastic. Ideal for a couple rather than work friends sharing a twin or with somebody your not long been pals with????
