The hotel offers a dedicated assistance in case you get some problems, questions, some issues to solve. I have never seen such specialized service at other hotels. And, in fact, I got into a few situations (e.g. issues with a taxi, with a booked excursion, etc.) when such assistance was very much needed. Huge thanks to Ms. Sherline for her help!

Worth the price staff and free perks were great. A little oasis in the Zocalo!
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. The rooftop cafe was lovely and the free snacks were such a nice bonus. The included breakfast was very, very good for hotel breakfasts. Location would have been perfect if there had not been protests.
