Great location. Considerate Staff.
Pros:

The location was very ideal, and I appreciated the consideration of the staff most of all; By the end of the week our waiter brought us our usual coffee orders right as we sat down for breakfast.

Cons:

There was not much space in the double room to open up our checked luggage, but that is the only complaint we can think of. Other guests were talking in the hallway late one night/morning, but nothing that the staff are responsible for.

Excelente lugar en centro histórico!
Pros:

Excelente atención y ubicación , el personal muy atento y amable, las instalaciones bien y la habitación impecable.

Cons:

El elevador es pequeño y solo hay uno.

Pros:

The breakfast was very good, but to get to the 7th floor, we had to climb seven flights of stairs because we were staying on the 1st floor. There was only one elevator, it only fit four people, and it was always full.

The room was much too small for four people.

Pros:

Das Hotel können wir 100% weiterempfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, unterstützt bei allen Fragen.

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, Betten bequem. Das Bad ist nicht riesig, aber es passt.

Toller Blick von der Dachterrasse. Es gibt immer Wasser gratis und andere Getränke und Snacks km eigenen Café.

Lage großartig. Vieles kann fußläufig erreicht werden, die Metro ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß weg.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr deftig. Etwas Brot mit Käse und Co wäre auch nett gewesen neben Bacon, Eiern, Würstchen, etc.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt unter dem Frühstücksraum. Ab 7.00 Uhr hört man schon die Stühle rücken.

Pros:

The hotels location was great, very central to the Zocolo. The staff are very friendly, and the 24/7 complimentary cafe is amazing, with a lot of great choices. Breakfast is great with coffee poured fresh to your liking!
