Hotel agradable en pleno centro
Pros:

El hotel está en el centro, justo al lado del zócalo, del palacio de las bellas artes y de todas las calles comerciales y puntos de interés del centro histórico. En la azotea tienen un bar 24 horas en el que ofrecen una serie de snacks y bebidas gratuitas, además de otros platos que puedes pedir. El desayuno es variado y muy completo. El personal es muy amable y te ayuda en todo.

Cons:

La habitación era cómoda, pequeña pero bien. Encontramos el baño un poco justo, realmente no era práctico para ducharte y demás.

Las instalaciones y el personal fueron bárbaros. El personal atento, amable y servicial en líneas generales. Además hay cafetería disponible y libre todo el tiempo, y proveen de agua embotellada libre, lo que me pareció fantástico.

Cons:

Si bien la ubicación era bien céntrica, es una zona muy ruidosa. Dormir sin tapones hubiera sido imposible.

Pros:

La atención es de primera, muy bien ubicado y cerca a las estaciones de tren. La atención de Iván, Esteban y Miguel son muy buenas! Todo impecable, los snacks 24 horas hacen que sea más grata la estadía

Pros:

Hemos estado una sola noche pero el alojamiento está genial: personal muy amable, instalaciones nuevas, limpieza excelente. Además se ofrecen snacks, opciones de bebida y comida las 24h y desayuno de buffet incluido en el precio. Nos han ofrecido la posibilidad de guardarnos el equipaje después del check out. Muy recomendable!

El olor a alcantarilla entraba en la habitación y el tamaño de la habitación era un poco justo para 5 personas.

Pros:

O atendimento desde a recepção foi perfeito. Ótimo café e o quarto estava sempre limpo e cheiroso. Ficarei lá sempre. O único ponto "negativo" é que não tem risco para usar computador no quarto mas tem um espaço ótimo pra isso
