Prima eten, de rest was oud en niet goed onderhouden
Pros:

Goeie ligging, kamer was prima. Maar de rest was oud en versleten. Het eten was overigens erg goed, alleen waar wij moesten plaatsnemen was verschrikkelijk.

Ideální poloha, pokoj příjemný, skvělá snídaně, opravdu nadstandardní a nic nám nechybělo, udělali pro nás i večeři, i když bylo pozdě dle přání. Opravdu skvělé.

Habitación amplia y limpia con todo lo necesario. Cama muy cómoda. El personal super amable y atentos. El chef del restaurante de 10. Comida de altísima calidad, muy bien elaborada y con precios geniales. Si venís a dormir tenéis que cenar aquí. El desayuno sencillo pero más que suficiente.

Location great, breakfast great. Investment and training needed.

Location and breakfast was great.
Breakfast Staff were great.

Cons:

I stayed previously at £75 per room and expected a huge difference with a £175 room 2 years later but it wasn’t any better.
Rooms need a lot of investment.
Putting up the wood panelling is good but rooms need to be sanded and decorated.
Terrible smell in the room on arrival.
Check in should be 3pm rather than 4pm. If the rooms are ready at 3:45pm when 6 guests arrive then don’t give the guests into trouble for arriving early.
Welcome was terrible and customer service was missing.

Appena entrati neanche il tempo di appoggiare le valigie che un tale presente ci ha chiesto l'ora della colazione la mattina dopo. Stanza piccola pavimento scricchiolante, vetro sporco davanti al quale fuori c'era il camino della caldaia rumorosissimo che partiva quando si apriva acqua calda nell'albergo con susseguente puzza di gasolio. Letto piccolo, bagno decente, bella la doccia. ma il peggio è stato alla mattina con una colazione indegna con 4 robe confezionate ed un caffè pessimo, per non parlare dei piatti scottisch che uscivano dalla cucina colanti unto e formaggio fuso che ci siamo ben guardati dal prendere, mentre degli spagnoli a fianco nostro li hanno lasciati interamente sul piatto

Breakfast was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful, room appeared clean, plenty of parking and great location, lots of refreshments in the room

Cons:

Room looked absolutely nothing like the pictures, was very outdated and run down. Communal hallways smelt musty. Plumbing incredibly loud, every time someone in the building flushed or put a tap on the room groaned. Walls were also paper thin, could hear everything. Room was roasting hot (despite weather being mild outside), kept away by barking dog outside because we needed the window open.

L’hotel è appena fuori la strada principale in una zona tranquilla e non di stente il traffico della statale, all’intern

La struttura fuori sembra datata ma dentro è moderna, ristrutturata e ha tutti i confort! La stanza era abbastanza grande, pulita e accogliente. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e la colazione era ottima, si poteva scegliere se l’english breakfast oppure la continentale!

Cons:

Il bagno della stanza è un po’ piccolino ma pulito e ordinato! Null’altro da dire.

Tutto! È stato davvero tutto perfetto la camera era davvero bella e pulita la signora che ci ha accolto è stata davvero gentile e disponibile abbiamo cenato lì ed era tutto davvero ottimo!

Comodo appoggio a pochi minuti di auto a Pitlochry
Pros:

Facilmente raggiungibile e bene collegata, dispone di bar e buon ristorante in loco. Personale gentile e disponibile. Stanza pulita.

Cons:

La nostra stanza era piccola con un bagno altrettanto piccolo.
