Our go to hotel in Pincher Creek
Pros:

The staff are exceptional, very Customer focused.Nothing was too much trouble. My wife had injured her foot and was stuck in the room..no problem for Blue who works in the restaurant, a to go meal sorted (delicious), and another satisfied customer. This morning we received excellent service from Janet, who is very personable and looked after us like we were royalty.
A great location for anyone who wants to explore the area, in particular Waterton. Definitely will stay there again!!

Cons:

I have no niggles or complaints about this hotel. The rooms are a great size and clean and tidy!!

Pros:

We didn't take advantage of the breakfast, the location wad idea, close to all the amenities we used.

Cons:

I originally booked the king bed room, but when we arrived we were given a 2 queen size because we had dogs, the price was higher than expected our room was in the back our view was the unpaved back half of the lot by the garage.

The full hot breakfast choice was exceptional. Good price and only 40 mins drive to expensive Waterton Park.nN

All the extra fees added to the bill. Should be given in the booking cost along with the Gst.

Très déçu e pour le prix ! L'entretien de l'hôtel est à revoir.
Pros:

Emplacement assez proche de Waterton park

Cons:

Le robinet de la douche m'est resté dans la main et celui du lavabo laissait couler un filet d'eau.
Une seule table de nuit ,une seule lampe de chevet.Meubles vieillots.
Produits d'hygiène minimalistes.
