Excellent hotel, great staff, great breakfast!
Pros:

Amazing breakfast! Comfortable beds. Pool is awesome, and you can select your own music!

Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean. Cleaning staff very friendly. Front desk staff always smiling and courteous.

Cons:

The restaurant attached to hotel wasn't that great. Most popular item on menu was never in stock the whole time we were there. Breakfast was cold at times in the sternal.

Cons:

The convenience outlets on the lamps didn't work for charging my batteries, I had to use the wall outlet. The ice machine wasn't working, but the receptionist gave me a bag of ice.

Cons:

Weird layout - parts of the hotel have elevator access and parts don’t. When asked if it was possible to have a ground floor room told no. So had to heave a 30kg bag up a flight of stairs. I didn’t get a sense that the hotel was busy so curious about lack of ground floor room availability or being able to stay in the side of the hotel with an elevator. The tiled stairs up to rooms needed a good clean.

Buffet breakfast that isn't included. Had i know we had to pay that much for bacon and eggs i would have gone to a restaurant and ordered what I wanted

Good value and comfortable stay and Fuzion restaurant right beside it is really good
Pros:

We have stayed here twice and really like this hotel. The rooms are nice, the pool and hot tub is great, staff is good and they let us check in early. We had included breakfast in our package, which was also really good.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything in particular!

Would return if back in the area.
Pros:

I thought the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was very quiet.

Cons:

The single use coffee units are environmentally wasteful. I did not like the garbage created by them. Also did not like the plastic glasses and foam coffee cups provided. Again too much waste created. I bring my own cups and glasses but should not have to. That is my only complaint about your facility .

It was a cleantoom bed was comfy.

Cons:

Some parts of the hotel are quite dated
our room only had a bathroom mirror. there was no full length mirror in the unit. Towels were mismatched.
