Room was clean.
Noisy from road traffic, the studio lounge was not good the girl working didn't have a clue how to mix drinks & the chicken wings where to the point of being just about burnt.

The breakfast was plentiful and had a good variety of hot and cold choices in a restaurant style setting. We liked the location. The check-in staff was lovely - chatty, friendly and knowledgeable.
The AC unit in our room didn’t work properly, so our room was quite warm over night. The water pressure in the shower was so bad that we couldn’t wash and rinse our hair properly. Morning desk staff was too busy on her phone to be attentive or friendly.
Easy to find location
No elevator. Poor quality beds. Everything was worn pit. Holes in curtains. Was told breakfast was included. Instead they gave you a voucher for so much off the menu but still have to pay. Front staff was very moody. Still waiting for my paid bill to be sent to me.

Location was decent.
Staff member at the desk was just"okay" not friendly or welcoming to the hotel. The room was terrible, very old, dated, to the point of dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, sunk in the middle. The air conditioner made a horrible noise the whole night...it was much to hot to think about turning it off!! In my opinion rooms in that area of the hotel should not be rented out...passing by they all looked to be in the same condition. The amount we paid did not match the accommodation! We stayed in May and the room was wonderful so I was based this stay on that. Huge mistake.

There was no blow dryer, my coffee maker didn’t work, and there was no shampoo..nothing too awful..just small inconveniences..
