Pros:

The pool was clean, the workout room was clean and well stocked. The staff were very kind. Breakfast was good

Pros:

It was okay, standard fare for breakfast. Would have liked some fruit (ie orange, banana, etc) and maybe muffins too.

Great stay for a 2 star
Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable, noise proof and the staff were very polite and helpful
The breakfast was also very good

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I got a wake up call at 1am just as I was getting into a deep sleep. Ruined the rest of my night as I couldn't fall asleep

The staff at this hotel is their biggest asset !
Pros:

The staff at the bar and restaurant for breakfast were exceptional !

Bad start.
Cons:

When I booked my room, I said I had a pet, but they didn't notice. So when I got there, they downgraded my room, but didn't lower the price and charged me a pet fee and a $250 security deposit. The front desk staff told me it was my mistake. When I went to take a bath, the hot water came out brown, although it did clear up after running for a while.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

The room was large and the bed comfortable. We especially appreciated a couch to relax on. The breakfast was very good with a spacious dining area.

Very dated hotel, bathroom needs refresh. Air conditioner cleaning needed light was on. Fridge wasn't empty upon arrival. Breakfast was substandard.

Theres nothing that we like in this hotel.

Cons:

This hotel was the worst we've stayed. Upon check in, the older lady at front desk was so grumpy. I couldn't even ask a question because she let me feel im bothering her. She shouldn't work as a customer service. She gave us a room with a clogged sink. I told her our problem and she doesn't look happy on helping me. The room was filthy, spider on the tub, disgusting carpet,broken faucet. The worst part is someone was trying to open our door in the middle of the night which was super sketchy. The whole hotel looks almost abandoned vibe because its dirty.When check out, the front desk was very grumpy also. Didnt say a word about our stay and no smile. I regret on choosing this hotel as we didnt have choice coz most of the hotels in town were full.I do not recommend this hotel.

Pleasantly, surprised, that's right. That's good
Pros:

After staying in about a dozen hotels in the U.S. over the last three weeks, my wife and I both agreed that the mattresses were the most comfortable how do we paid 2 to 3 times more for our other rooms.
Also a restaurant and bar on site, which was very handy and we had wings, which were fantastic and half price.
The gentleman that checked us in was very
Pleasant, and give us an upgrade to ground floor double bed because I have trouble with steps.

Cons:

People smoking right outside the entrance to the hotel should be stopped.
It makes a place look seedy, and I didn't appreciate smoke in my face both times I went in and out

Pros:

The hotel was a little tired looking , but our room was renovated and clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I have difficulty climbing stairs and the front desk person changed our reservation to a main floor room to accommodate me. The buffet breakfast in the morning was very good as well.
