Cons:

The pool was not warm and the hot tub was not warm either.
Both looked not very clean.
The hallways were dark. The whole place needed to be redone.
I had a hair in my breakfast and the cook tried to tell me it was egg. I know a hair when I see one.

Staff at front desk and in the restaurant were nice and accommodating. Could definitely use some updating.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and accommodating. We didn’t check in until after 11pm and were happy they were open.

Cons:

It is run down. Very old and musky. At first we were on the bottom floor and found our room had a mildew smell and vibe. There were a dozen or so little black flies in one sink, stains on the floor, and we found a dead beetle under one of the pillows. We did change rooms and the second room was much better and on the second floor. There was no elevator, so that was unfortunate.

Ok for one night stay, but the price doesn’t match the quality
Pros:

The beds were comfortable, and the room had pretty much everything we needed for a one-night stay.

Cons:

The listing said that a hair dryer was provided, but there wasn’t one in the room. The room felt a bit dated, and there was a device under the table that appeared to be used to repel insects. The breakfast was very basic.

Gross hotel, blood stained sheets, rude staff👳‍♀️

Cons:

Bed sheets had blood stains on them, and staff refused to change bedding. I Had to beg for clean sheets, pick them up myself from the front desk and make the bed myself.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast. Everything else was very dated.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and the included breakfast was really really good.

Cons:

The building was very old and run down.
We did not have hot water at all.
The pool and hot tub were not working as well.
The room did not have an iron/iron board or hair dryer. When iron requested front desk didn’t understand what we were asking for. After 20 minutes and iron and board were found and delivered to our room. The iron and board were very old.
This hotel does not accept Visa Debit for damage deposit, credit card needed. What happens if someone doesn’t have a credit card but has cash? Very frustrating and they were going to cancel my reservation. We ended up being able to use a family members credit card otherwise we would have not had a room or somewhere to stay and we were from out of town.

Very disappointed. An uncomfortable feel while there.
Pros:

Breakfast was a gong show as far as staff and service was concerned. Totally understaffed and we heard complaints throughout the room about the food. The front desk staff was less than friendly. The water was so smelly and undrinkable….maybe that was the town’s problem??

Cons:

The atmosphere was unfriendly. The breakfast room didn’t even have soft music to give it a bit of ambiance. It was uncomfortably quiet, especially with staff being conspicuously absent. We have stayed here multiple times, but do not plan to return.
