I made A Reservation a day before are stay, 1 King bed Suite No Smoking
And when we arrived at 1:30pm we could not check in, they told us we where to early so we waited for 1 hour and then we went back, and the room was still not ready so they gave us enother room but the Room was very Dirty, the blankets and pillows smeld bad.
The bathroom had lost of hair. On the floor shower.... not clean


And then in the morning we went for Breakfast around 8 am. And when we came back too are room they took out al are Towels, that we where still using...
We wanted to go swimming yet in the pool that morning but we left instead .
And the cost was $3,600 Pesos per night for not good experience.

Pedimos un cuarto especial por mi mamá y la verdad supero mis expectativas, en cuanto al espacio y el baño, excelente. El cuarto muy limpio y cómodo.

El hotel, muy bien servicio, amables, funcional, todo en orden lo único que si tienen que mejorar es la facturación para México, al prepagar con Hoteles.com, el hotel no te dará un factura de una empresa mexicana (timbrada) por lo que no podrá se deducible de impuestos igual que como lo harías si reservas directamente con el hotel
