Nice choice for the stay in Matsumoto
Pros:

Very good spatious rooms, good facility, friendly staffs, free shuttle bus to send us to the train station after check out. There is a garden before the hotel.

Pros:

High tea - “el te y pastitas gratis y deliciosos” cama super comoda, todo limpísimo, Shuttle bus por la mañana y à la disposición de todos al igual que visita al Onsen cercano.-

Cons:

situación buena para Est. de bus pero algo apartado del centro y Est. de tren si tienes maletas.

Uitstende hotel
Pros:

Goede ligging (niet ver van station), uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De executive lounge met zijn happy hour.

Cons:

Het buffetdiner was iets minder maar wellicht omdat we aan de late kant waren.

סתם מלון. בעיקר סבבה כי יש חניה. חדרים סבירים. לא היה שום דבר מיוחד במלון.
בתמונות רואים אונסן. אבל לא באמת יש. צריך לנסוע כחצי שעה וגם רק עם הזמנה ועל בסיס מקום פנוי.

סתם מלון. לא יותר ולא פחות.

部屋の隅々に埃があって、低評価。
更には、夜間の年配男性の対応が最悪！
意味のわからない請求をしてきた！翌日のチェックアウト時の女性は「全て支払い済みですので大丈夫です！」って。その場で支払っていたら、そのお金はどうなっていた？

物有所值 希望下次有時間體驗附帶的溫泉tour

優雅的酒店 員工很專業 有接駁車可以到車站 還有自助投幣洗衣機 非常方便

距離車站較遠 但有接駁車可以搭 不過服務人員不會主動告知 要自己詢問

また、松本に来るときは利用したい！満足です
Pros:

美ヶ原温泉にバスで連れて行ってくれた所。
朝のビュッフェがとても美味しかった。
チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただけた所。
その後も駅までシャトルバスをだしていただけたのはとてもありがたかった。

松本はブエナビスタで決まり
Pros:

フロントが親切。もちろん日本人しかいない。最低でも10階以上に泊まれる。つまり景色がある。アメニティが充実していて、しかも気が利いてる。耳かき付き綿棒とか、歯ブラシの持ち手が手にそう形とか、ちょっとしたことだけどホテルの気合いを感じた。朝食が食べきれないほど種類がある。
