Pros:

Good breakfast. Fast wifi. Excellent gym and spa center. Water and tea provided daily. Family connection rooms are perfect for families with children. Quick response to reports about items to be fixed or replaced. Staff is friendly. I liked the view from the window, especially in the evening.

Cons:

At breakfast they quickly run out of clean cups and cereal bowls.

Hoewel de parkeer medewerker erg behulpzaam was om een geschikte parkeerpkaats te vinden, zijn er beperkte vrij parkeerplaatsen. Laat dus van tevoren weten als je met auto bent.

Good accommodation for what we needed.
Pros:

Felt clean and up to date, rooms were spacious. Lots of essentials in room mini bar (at cost).

Cons:

Toilet seat very uncomfortable, noise from other rooms and cigarette smell. Some guests are very rude (not the hotels fault, but worth being aware of). Couldn’t find the pool, not well advertised.

The rooms are quite outdated, with insufficient lighting, and the bathroom sinks are extremely inconvenient. It is practically impossible to wash your hands properly. There was also a very strong, unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and there was no ventilation fan.

The rooms are extremely small. We had booked a room for three adults, but instead of a proper bed for the third person, we were provided with a sofa, which was completely unsuitable for sleeping. As a result, three adults had to sleep in one double bed.

In addition, the bed linen and towels were extremely uncomfortable. The towels were old, rough, visibly worn out, and very thin from extensive use. I found it particularly surprising that a five-star hotel, especially in Turkey, a country known for its high-quality textiles, could provide towels of such poor quality.

Overall, our stay was a great disappointment and did not meet either the standards of the hotel’s category or the expectations associated with it.
