It was a decent stay but the breakfast needs to be greatly improved.
Pros:

The room was very spacious and very clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible and extremely limited. There was no one staffing the breakfast. I went to get water and the water was out in the machine. Also, the floor in the hall going to the breakfast was wet which is a safety hazard. There wasn’t any signage about the wet floor either.

Three night stay for our grandsons High School graduation.

Nothing really, just the location & $. Have stayed in this area before to visit family buy not here.

Cons:

Room A/C unit very noisy with a poor thermostat. Loudest A/C I have ever heard in a motel room. Lots of traffic noise but that is just because of the location which I knew of. Did not use the breakfast area so no comments. Looks like that this old building, 2 levels, stairs only, had a small refresh. Was not told at check-in that if we needed towels etc.that the office had to be notified.

Pros:

We booked a room last minute for a Diamond Nation tournament and the location couldn’t have been more convenient — under 10 minutes from the fields. The front desk associate was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful during check‑in.

The room itself was larger than expected, with a king bed, a pull‑out double, and a good‑sized fridge. It was clean, comfortable, and worked well for a quick weekend stay.

Breakfast was the one weak spot. The options were very limited and not particularly good, so plan on grabbing something elsewhere if you want more than cereal or waffles.

Overall, it was a solid choice for a Diamond Nation weekend, and we would stay here again for the convenience
