Rundum hervorragend.
Pros:

Zimmer perfekt, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber passt trotzdem sehr gut.
Personal sehr sehr nett.
Frühstück auch sehr gut.
Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, wir werden wieder mal kommen.

Pros:

Frühstück ist gut. Etwas besseres Brot, keine Industriewaren. Der Luftgetrocknete Schinken war ausgezeichnet (Parma), der gekochte Schinken eher so lala.
Obst könnte etwas vielfältiger sein, aber im April ist es zugegebener Maßen schwierig, frisches Obst anzubieten.

War zum Arbeiten da. Hat alles gepasst.

Location was nice. Breakfast was also ok. staff was friendly at breakfast.

Cons:

Dinner was absolute disgusting. We couldn't eat any of what was served and very overpriced. Staff barely spoke Italian; they are all foreigners trying to speak German to everyone. Dinner menu was inspired on German food specialties instead of Italians. During dinner there was a gentleman running around on a blue suit, appear to be the manager, took our order, and I have never experience such as rude person ever, unfriendly. On top of everything, our daughter got bed bugs bites all over from her bed. Hotel facilities all over dirty and abandoned. If you ask the booking department or reception for air, then they ask you to pay for breathing air. This hotel is all about money, they want to charge you for everything. They don't care at all about customer satisfaction. This was a nightmare I don't wish to anyone.
