It was a great stay! We enjoyed being within walking distance of everything we needed!

Want to party at night and day sleep on the beach this is your place.
Pros:

It is on a nice beach. Food is close. The cottage part of the property is really charming.

Cons:

NOISE! We stayed in the unit with the kitchenette without a beach view. This beach apparently is known for its party vibe, a detail I didn’t know beforehand, the property is surrounded by bars and is loud until 2:30 and then the garbage trucks and ALL the food service supply trucks come through the alley with diesel engines and their beep beep beep back up sound starting at 5 AM. The children and dog could be heard loud and clear as they raced across the floor above us - they’d wake up by 6. If you’re coming to party you’ve picked the perfect property otherwise keep looking. We left seriously sleep deprived.

Budget friendly beach stay
Pros:

Our room was right next to the beach. It was a street view, but you could also see the ocean from the front door and it was so close to amazing restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk. It was spacious for the price and the beds were comfy. We also got turn down service which I wasn’t expecting because we were staying in the North Cottages where it seems some people live. It was an apartment style place. Full kitchen which we didn’t use, which would be nice for a family or group. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Dated and worn interior, bathroom and fixtures that felt circa 1980’s. It got muggy inside the room even with the fan going. The light fixtures didn’t work properly and the whole ambience reminded me of a cheap motel. No pool or hot tub (but you’re right by the beach). We didn’t spend much time in our room and only went there to sleep so it was adequate for our needs.
