location was excellent. They even gave me a free room upgrade.

Cons:

My phone did not recognize the taxis no. Had to ring manager at 6am for a taxi which i might add he did. But there was another phone in lobby which was not connected maybe have that available for early morning departures.

Quiet location, perfect for connections to rail and ferry; friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

Reception desk staff extremely helpful and courteous. Location perfect for me as I was utilizing Via Rail and BC Ferries. Clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Not soundproof, lack of privacy
Pros:

Quieter residential area, modern amenities.

Cons:

Not at all soundproof nor ideal for privacy. Nearby local in town for medical reasons-- requested quiet quarters. Was given a room in 4 bedroom unit, directly next to kitchen, common area, and laundry machines. Loud European guests doing laundry right next to my room past 10pm, occupying common area noisily nearly all day, and loudly (above my room) preparing for their departure at 430 am.
Stayed many times in the past, likely never again. High price for lack of peace and privacy.
