This is in a great location with friendly reception staff. We had a welcome bottle of Prosecco and a bottle of red wine throughout our stay however not sure on taste as we don’t drink alcohol. Breakfast was not the best continental was ok with the usual however the cooked was not the best this is due to depending who was on shift they were too busy flirting than listening for the bell for hot food to be served so couple of times it was cold by time we received it. The room was lovely however the one day the shower mat was damaged that was placed in our room not something you would expect from a hotel that’s won luxury hotel awards and a couple of tiles on the floor in the bathroom also cracked although looked like it had been repaired. In addition a hook nearer the shower door would be helpful to hang a towel
Beautiful hotel great room and very comfortable with air conditioning. There was three of us and I had seattee set up as a bed not very comfortable and if you didn’t lye down right way feet hang off the edge. Welcome Prosecco and drinks in fridge very welcome. Staff wonderful and breakfast was really nice. Great location

We booked a short break and visited in late July / early August, primarily to complete a parkrun at “Zielony Jar” on the outskirts of the city. However, we were amazed by the beauty of the city itself and really appreciated the great vibe of the city centre / main square are. The hotel has a fantastic location and our room face out on to the main square. We were only a matter of about 100 metres from St Mary’s Basilica with its famous hourly trumpet performances. The main square is also very noisy with the chatter of tourists. However, this was no problem since the glazing blocked the sound when peace was needed. We also attended the 5pm commemoration of the Warsaw uprising that took place on August 1st – a truly humbling moment. Also, ensure you visit the salt mine at Wieliczka – amazing place, and just a few stops on the railway.
Hotel facilities were excellent. The room was very clean, with towels changed daily etc. We were greeted with a welcome message and bottle of bubbly on arrival. The complementary mini fridge was well stocked. The bathroom / jacuzzi were great. The staff on the desk were polite and extremely helpful (e.g. calling a very prompt taxi and knowledge of local vents / timings etc.) The all spoke very good English (as did almost every local we encountered). Breakfast was varied, with an excellent choice of items for every taste. There was even a bottle of bubbly available there, in case you wanted to “start early”! All in all, excellent value for money - as were the food and drink in local restaurants / bars. E.g. 2 x Lovely main meals (at Cyklop) + 4 x drinks was approx. £30.
Overall, and epic little adventure and we hope to return again soon.

Stayed here 4 nights in the Junior Suite plus. Very welcoming with a bottle of Prosecco, mini bar restocked daily and bottle of wine on night before departure. Lovely room and bathroom, very comfortable bed, great view of the lively main square, jacuzzi bath in the room. Staff could not have been nicer. Brilliant to have a meal and be steps from the hotel.
Only mix up was with airport transfer. Hotel contacted me through Expedia and I thought it was the transfer I had already booked but it wasn't. My fault but just be careful of this if booking through Expedia, as I had to pay for the hotel transfer too, as I say my fault but a bit confusing.
Highly recommend this hotel.

There were maintenance items that needed to be attended to and i didn't like the shower.
Lovely place to stay, clean quiet room, attentive staff, nice breakfast. We would love to visit again.
I asked for an additional pillow but was told that I would have to wait until the next day.
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Betmanowska Residence and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków.
The location is unbeatable, right on the Main Market Square, with all of Kraków's main attractions, restaurants and bars just a short walk away. Despite being in such a lively area, our room was quiet, comfortable and made for a great night's sleep.
The room itself was spotless, spacious and beautifully presented, with a very comfortable bed and excellent facilities. The complimentary Prosecco on arrival and the free minibar, which was restocked daily, were lovely touches that made our stay feel extra special.
The staff were exceptional throughout our visit—friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions we had. Their customer service really stood out and made us feel valued from check-in to check-out.
Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection of continental options as well as freshly cooked hot dishes to order. It was the perfect way to start each day before exploring the city.
Overall, Betmanowska Residence exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of its unbeatable location, luxurious rooms, thoughtful extras and outstanding staff made for an unforgettable stay. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Kraków, and I would happily give this hotel 5 stars.
