Das erste aber definitiv nicht das letzte Mal.....Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Wir lassen uns immer wieder gerne überraschen, wenn wir ein neues Reiseziel besuchen. Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers waren wir total überwältigt. Die Aussicht auf den Markt, die Sauberkeit, die Freundlichkeit des Personals.....Das Frühstück und damit verbunden die Möglichkeit draußen vor dem Hotel zu frühstücken......All das hat unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen. Wir werden, sobald sich die Möglichkeit ergibt, wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten und freuen uns schon sehr darauf.....

Cons:

Das unser Aufenthalt dort so kurz war. Wir wären gerne deutlich länger geblieben, da es noch so viel mehr in Krakau zu sehen gibt und dieses Hotel sehr gut als Startpunkt dafür dient......

Please stay here! You won’t be disappointed.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect. Right in The Main Square. We were greeted by a very nice man in reception.
Room was lovely, really nicely decorated. We had a complimentary bottle of Prosecco in our room on arrival. Always good.
Breakfast buffet had a large selection and you can order hot food too.
We had a very early start for one of our tours so the hotel made us up a packed lunch as we were too early for breakfast.
Perfect place to stay in Krakow!

Cons:

Not a complaint at all but one thing was the reliance on the lift working. It broke down twice while we were there. Not a problem for us but I would be concerned if someone had mobility problems.

Pros:

Pobyt był wyjątkowy ! Rozpoczął się butelką wina musującego , które czekało na nas w pokoju . Krakowski Rynek na który mieliśmy widok - tętniący życiem od rana do później nocy . Pokój bardzo klimatyczny , czysty , jacuzzi jak nowe , lodowka z napojami do wykonaniaw cenie . Personel bardzo miły i pomocny .
Dziękujemy , zapewne wrócimy

Cons:

Jedynym minusem było to że podczas śniadania w ogródku w ostatnim dniu pobytu osoba z obsługi myła przy nas podłogę pomiędzy stolikami myjką cisnieniową , która nie dość że bardzo hałasowała to woda rozbryzgiwała wszystko dookoła. W zasadzie powinniśmy zostać poproszeni o zjedzenie posiłku w restauracji i nie było by problemu. To w zasadzie uwaga do osoby która w nieodpowiednim czasie wzięła się za takie porządki.

A great place to stay to explore Krakow
Pros:

The excellent position right on the main centre square. The attention to detail from the staff. You could change your mattress and pillows to soft or hard and every day free soft drinks were placed in the fridge. A welcome bottle of sparkling wine was provided on arrival and later on in our stay a free bottle of wine appeared in our room. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom excellent and large.

expected a quality hotel in a good location and were not disappointed. Would stay again.
Pros:

Collected at the airport as agreed. Checked in early at the hotel which was at the top of the main old square. great position. Room a good size and bed very comfortable. Could not open old windows so no fresh air. Hotel had three restaurants with seating in the square. Excellent food and wine and great service. Breakfast was buffet but you could order from a hot service with many choices. Staff happy and helpful.

only ability to open windows. No problem as there was air conditioning.

Great location, I had a good stay, but next time I’ll probably try another hotel.
