Kierowca czekający na lotnisku. Kierowca , który nas wiózł z lotniska do Hotelu po drodze opisywał nam miejsca historyczne . Po wejściu do Hotelu czuliśmy już się jak u siebie w domu . Obsługa całego Hotelu jak i Panie sprzątające na najwyższym poziomie. Pokój dał nam atmosferę domową , ciszę i spokój.
Restauracja obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. U Państwa czuliśmy się jak u siebie w domku. Z Całym szacunkiem Polecamy Państwa Hotel jak i restauracje nie tylko o porze śniadaniowej lecz i obiadowej czy kolacyjnej .

Holiday Perfection
Pros:

Front desk staff was amazing. From check in to check out. Location was Perfect. Rooms best we stayed in of all the places we visited. Prague included. Breakfast was the best “free” breakfast we have ever received. Water Pressure was great in bathrooms and cleanest place we stayed in on our holiday.

Amazing staff, great location, highly recommended
Pros:

Staff were amazing, friendly, efficient and helpful. Airport transfer that they booked for us was very good aswell and the driver waited for a long time as we were delayed.

4 nights spent at the hotel, no complaints, friendly staff, always willing to help
Pros:

Room was available even though we arrived 90mins before check in, which is always a bonus. Location was on the first floor, although it didn't have a window, which made the room rather dark, it was tucked around the corner so was very quiet. Breakfast we good, not great, but sufficient - good choices and so extras i.e. omelet's, fried eggs etc... which could be asked for. The overall location of the hotel was excellent, right on the main square.

Fantastiskt läge och ett rymligt rum med alla bekvämligheter. Tyst även om det var livligt med mycket restauranger och folk utanför.
