Pros:

Excellent hotel with great staff in the best location in the city on the main square!

Cons:

Internet access could be improved. Connections on the wireless access point were not strong throughout the large suite and frequently dropped

Excellent hotel
Pros:

The room myself and my friend were sharing was small but very cosy and the beds were very comfortable. We got a bottle of nice Prosecco as a welcoming gift, it was such a nice touch of the hotel staff. Breakfast was delicious and there were outside seats available it was just so lovely stay.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Krakow
Pros:

The hotel couldn't have been in a better location - right in the main square of Krakow. The room had an amazing view of the square, especially the incredible St Mary's Basilica.
The hotel itself is very stylish, with a fantastic mix of modern and characteristic - mostly brick, with lots of glass.
The room was beautiful, spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Room service was excellent. There is a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival, plus a bottle of red wine on the last night. You can even get your mattress changed, if it isn't to your liking. But it was so comfortable, that there was no need.
The buffet breakfast has a lot of choice and you can order a good selection of hot dishes. You can sit indoors, or in the main square.
Lastly, but certainly not least, the staff are all extremely helpful, polite and friendly - and always available. Communication from the moment of booking was always fast and helpful.

We Highly recommend this hotel when staying in Krakow. Perfect people watching location.
Pros:

Our room was at the back of the building, no window to speak of but no view which due to the noise of a night time in the Square where the hotel was situated was fine to be in the quiet of the room at the back. Beautiful room, staff were friendly and so helpful. We cannot fault the hotel, plenty of places to eat and drink around. Loved Krakow. Eggs cooked fresh every morning for breakfast, with a vast array of continental breakfast, what's not to like.
