Excellent place to stay in central Krakow
Pros:

Location was great staff great outdoor areas and restaurants. Unexpected gifts of wine and prosecco

Cons:

TV picture was not great and limited but not that important when you are on a weekend break!

Pros:

De jacuzzi is heerlijk. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk! Leuk dat frisdrank inbegrepen was en er een fles prosecco op ons stond te wachten op de kamer.

Cons:

Het tapijt op de kamer was niet overal even hygiënisch.
We hadden ook wat nachtlawaai maar dat kan je natuurlijk verwachten op de Grote Markt van de stad. Niets wat oordopjes niet kunnen oplossen.
Het ontbijt was goed, maar wij misten net wat meer keuze.

KRAKOW est une ville agréable, nous aurions voulu avoir un hôtel au niveau du prix que j'ai payé

Chambre sale et dégradée ( douche sale et réparée avec du scotch, odeur nauséabonde sortant du jacuzzi, pas de produit lave main dans toutes les chambres, un frigo HS, tête de lit déchirée, carrelage WC cassé et décollé, tuyaux arrivée d'eau sortants du mur, des portes ne ferment pas.....)

Cons:

J'ai loué une suite pour ma fille et moi, nous nous attendions à avoir quelque chose à ce niveau. très sale et dégradée.

3 day stay.
Pros:

Large room. Very clean. Breakfast very good selection. Very convenient location
The airport transfers and Auschwith trip placed with the hotel went perfectly and good drivers

Cons:

We had an issue that i dont feel was resolved properly but wasn't major. The rooms with view over the square are great until evening when seriously loud music is played and students congregate for mini festival.from 8 til 12 or 1am. Thats out of the hotels control but next time id take a room at rear of hotel maybe?
