Overall pleased
Pros:

We love this location! The houses are very cute, a little outdated in style, but charming nonetheless! The views are just stunning, the whole property is just so beautiful to wake up to and go for a walk. Very close to the Lake Garda lake-side, so you can extend your run/walk all the way to the lake. The pool area is also very nice, make sure to book in a warmer season so you can enjoy it!
And amazing for Tennis!! Really great if you would like free to play privately or come for coaching or tennis-camps!

Cons:

We stayed in the middle of May, and we were unlucky with the weather. It was around 10°. It was cold in our apartment, the heating didn’t work. Another letdown is almost nonexistent Wi-Fi signal. So, although we were given a password for the wifi, we couldn’t use it.
The cafe at the venue would benefit from more vegetarian options.

Stunning location and a wonderful apartment. I will definitely return.
Pros:

My apartment was really lovely and the bed was so comfortable.
I particularly loved the on-site restaurant where the staff were so friendly and helpful.
The tennis courts were amazing and the location is absolutely stunning.
