The place was very clean with fresh linen. The bathroom was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped.
The 24/7 reception was a big plus—staff were always available and very helpful. I also appreciated having access to a laundry machine. It costs about €3 per use, and you can easily get coins from the reception, which was very convenient.
The location is excellent, very central and only about a six minute walk to St. Stephen’s Cathedral.

Great location and friendly staff

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with St. Stephen’s Cathedral, shops, restaurants, and other attractions all within easy walking distance, making it a perfect base for exploring Vienna.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Even before we arrived, communication was excellent. The team responded efficiently to our queries and requests, and arranging airport transfers was straightforward and hassle-free thanks to their prompt and professional assistance.

The room was comfortable and well-maintained overall. There are a few small improvements that could make the experience even better, such as providing a minibar, complimentary water bottles on arrival, and a wider selection of tea in the room. It would also be useful to have access to a vending machine or similar facility for late-night snacks and drinks.

In the bathroom, liquid hand soap would be preferable to soap bars. We also had a little difficulty figuring out the shower controls at first, although we eventually managed without any issues. Additionally, we experienced some issues with the air conditioning, which repeatedly switched on and off throughout the night even though the set temperature had not been reached and the system was not set to auto mode.

Overall, these were relatively minor points and did not detract from what was otherwise a very pleasant stay. The excellent location, friendly staff, and efficient service made for an enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Location is excellent. 5 minute walk to St Stephens Cathedral and surrounded by lovely buildings.

The location is exceptional. We were able to walk to most attractions or easily get transportation to a site. The aparthotel was great, comfortable, nice rooms and it was nice to have a reception desk. I just want to emphasize that the location is close enough to St. Stephens plaza yet far enough to minimize the noise. I feel happy to have found such a great place for our stay in Vienna. We were able to walk to the Mozart concert (3 min walk)!
