Too expensive comparing to the overall service we got.
Cons:

- Room handle was loose, i called the reception to fix it.
- Room kettle was not working, i called the reception to fix it but they didn't.
- Room card didn't work, i had to go down to the reception to change the card.
- Breakfast was almost (90%) the same everyday
PS: Milk should also be warm not only cold.

Pros:

ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!!! They upgraded our room into the biggest room in the hotel and we were absolutely thrilled. They hotel staff in particular the blond lady in the reception and the men also were so so amazing and made sure we had the best possible stay

Terrible place, even though we actually liked it at first.

At check-out, we had to pay for some food we had ordered to the room from the restaurant. The girl at reception turned the whole thing into a ridiculous scene. She started telling my local friends that they were having some kind of issue with their bank, which apparently isn’t even in Istanbul but in Ankara, and insisted that we had to pay in cash. She even threatened to call the police if we didn’t.

Completely unnecessary drama and absolutely terrible behavior from the staff. A really bad way to treat guests, especially at check-out.
