Das Hotel hat keine Lichter im Zimmer, das Bad stinkt nach Einem Abwasserkanal , das Bett hat Bettwanzen
Als wir die Rezeption darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben wurde nichts gemacht. Die Damen an der Rezeption war beleidigt und meinte es gäbe keine Bettwanzen , ich habe Ihr Fotos gezeigt daraufhin meinte Sie Gäste aus Afrika hätten es mitgeschleppt. Die Hygiene leider sehr bemängelnswert.Das Person ist nicht entgegenkommend und ist bei Feedback beleidigt.
Ich Rate keine diese Hotel zu nehmen. Ich lade auch die Fotos hoch als Beweis!

ثانياً الموظفين 80 في الميه اخلاقهم سيئة ومكشرين وتحسهم يضاربوك ماعدا الي في الريسبشن المديرة متعاونة وكمان في موظف بعد المديرة اتوقع اسمه اونزو كان جددددا متعاون عموما الاستقبال يتكلمو انجليزي كويس ومتعاونين الباقين لا

It was an awful experience with this hotel first of all the staff that helped us with the luggage let us took our luggage alone ! Second of all , doesn’t look like the pictures at all be careful it s a big spam! And at the end the housekeeping touched my luggage and messed up all my clothes when I went to the receptionist she didn’t find any solution when she called the manager he didn’t even care or tried to find a solution the funniest thing that he wanted to offer me something to drink as if It was a solution! Lol BIG SPAM GUYS BE CAREFUL AWFULLLLLLL!!!!!!

الفندق جميل جدا ونظيف مرافقه رائعه، الطاقم بشوش ومتعاون، الإفطار لذيذ ومنوع.

موقع الفندق سيئ للغايه لاتوجد مرافق بالقرب منه ، و وجوده في نهاية منحدر متعب جدا.. تجربه لن تتكرر بالرغم من مميزات الفندق المذكوره.

اشكر ادارة الفندق على بشاشتهم وترحابهم الفندق من اجمل الفنادق اللي سكنتها باسطنبول سهولة تسجيل الدخول والمغادرة الغرف واسعة والنظافة يشاد بها الفطور بسيط لكن لذيذ ونظيف لكن لي ملاحظة الفندق في طلعة يعني اللي عندهم اطفال بيكون شوي صعب لهم طلوع الشارع وللعلم كل شي قريب مغسلة كوي الملابس والسوبر ماركت والمطاعم وقريب جداً من شارع تقسيم ومحطة المترو ..اخص بالشكر موظفة الاستقبال ملكة على ابتسامتها واخلاقها

Reception staff unfriendly, unhospitable and with an attitude. Also, breakfast variety is too Turkish, not international. You have to pay for continental options such as omelette.
