Pros:

Breakfast was very nice and the staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The thermostat in my room was stuck on 26.5c which was too warm but couldn’t be lowered. Given my short stay I decided not to make a fuss, but let the lady on reception know at checkout so it could be fixed for next guest. She was defensive and gave me a lengthy explanation of the air conditioning system, which was irrelevant to the overly warm temperature of the room . The hallway was 23. She seemed to smile at me as an afterthought.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Good location, lovely staff. Worked well. Amazing breakfast! And we arrived super early (like 7.00 am) and they offered us an early room for 70 euros. It was so good after our long flight. Short nap and we tackled the day. Much appreciated.

Jättefint hotell som vi gärna bor på igen!
Pros:

Allt! Fräscha rum, jättesköna sängar, perfekt centralt men ändå lugnt läge, trevlig personal och fantastisk frukost

Cons:

Vi hade bokat en annan rumstyp än den vi fick (ett utan fönster), men fick byta först efter första natten. Det var inga problem att byta, men vi fick heller inget avdrag eller någon ursäkt.
