Quiet location
Rude, miserable staff.
Hostile attitude of concierge manager and restaurant manager towards me after I made a complaint as I overheard the restaurant manager call me a ‘zombie’ at breakfast.
After speaking to these two managers politely, my room key was deactivated each day after this
This caused me to have to go from the 6th floor back down to reception to have it activated again.
When I asked the duty manager, Kata if it was a glitch or if it had been deactivated on purpose, she said she couldn’t tell from the system and walked off.
Seems very strange that it worked until I made the complaint.
As a woman in her 70s I felt unsafe at the hostile treatment I received.
Would definitely not recommend this hotel to women on their own!
The accommodations were perfect. Close to the harbor and a few km walking distance to several attractions. The breakfast was a 10/10. Cappuccino or latte on request, fresh juices and all the flavors of Finland. There were so many options and treats at breakfast.

This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location in the city. Walkable distance to many attractions. It is high quality and clean with luxurious rooms and delicious meals at the restaurant. If you are looking for a higher quality experience, stay here. We would definitely return to this hotel if we come back to Helsinki.

A unique yet charming atmosphere with distinctive décor. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with no street noise. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay—high-quality ingredients served with great taste, excellent coffee, personal service, and a truly exemplary head waiter :)
