Una experiencia maravillosa de principio a fin. Es un lugar hermoso, con un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor que te hace sentir como en casa desde que llegas. La atención del personal fue excelente, siempre amables y atentos a cada detalle. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, limpias y cómodas, perfectas para descansar y disfrutar. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería y que recomiendo totalmente para quienes buscan relajarse y vivir una estancia agradable cerca del mar.
Tuve una excelente experiencia . Es un lugar muy agradable, ideal para descansar y disfrutar de un ambiente tranquilo. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y el servicio fue siempre atento y amable. Algo que realmente hizo especial mi estadía fue la increíble fogata que hacen en la noche; un momento único, perfecto para relajarse, compartir y disfrutar del ambiente. Sin duda, una experiencia que vale la pena repetir. Muy recomendado.
L’endroit est magnifique, avec une ambiance très chill, naturelle et reposante. Le complexe est bien aménagé avec une piscine, terrain de volleyball, des espaces restauration, des coins détente sur la plage, des beds, des poufs, ainsi que des massages possibles. L’ambiance du soir avec le feu de camp est particulièrement agréable.
La cuisine est simple mais bonne, et le cadre nature/plage avec quelques animaux rend le lieu encore plus charmant.
Le personnel est également très attentionné et disponible, toujours prêt à aider rapidement, parlant plusieurs langues (Espagnol et Anglais).
La restauration est un peu chère.
Certains espaces (beds tâchés) manquaient d’entretien.
La plage n’est pas la plus agréable visuellement, avec vue sur les immeubles et les bateaux, et un sol mêlant sable et cailloux peu confortable.
Il y a eu quelques oublis du personnel (demandes à relancer) ainsi que des erreurs sur l’addition, rapidement corrigées mais à noter.
Enfin, l’ambiance du soir se termine assez tôt : vers 22h30-23h, nous nous sommes retrouvés seuls au feu de camp car tout le monde était déjà parti, peut-être dû à une réservation en semaine.
Everything was excellent — the service, the staff, the food, and the overall atmosphere. The place is beautiful, relaxing, and very well organized. A special thanks to Michel and Wali for helping us with a late checkout and making our stay even better. Their attention and kindness really made the difference. Definitely an unforgettable experience and highly recommended!

La tranquilidad que se siente es increíble, la comida es deliciosa muy buenos sabores, cócteles estupendos y la atención de todo el personal maravillosa.
No todas las habitaciones cuentan con servicio de agua caliente y pues íbamos con un bebé entonces fue un poco complicado.
Mejoraron mucho la atención al personal y los cambios físicos del hotel buenísimos.
