La ubicación.
Las instalaciones son muy lindas y la limpieza también.
La señora de la limpieza muy agradable.

Cons:

Se demoraban mucho en responder la atención, en restaurant y comida en general.. el desayuno muy lento… a medio día ya no habían toallas de playa y había que esperar que llegaran de la embarcación y si es que se acuerdan te las pasan. Los precios de los masajes exageradamente caros con sobreprecio sorprendente.
A cada rato te tratan de hacer sentir bien en palabras pero en hecho no funciona. Deberían cambiar el personal y hacerlo mucho más eficiente.
Por último hubo una actividad para una empresa privada en el hotel y ellos se preocuparon mucho de la atención hacia ellos y nosotros los demás mortales que habíamos allí ni siquiera nos tocaron un tambor. Se notó mucho la diferencia…. La disparidad… y la inequidad..

Pros:

Todo muy tranquilo, sin vendedores acosando, se pueden dejar las pertenencias en la playa. El personal es decente y respetuoso.

Cons:

Los servicios adicionales como decoraciones no los cumplen, los reservé con anterioridad. Es un poco demorado el servicio en la Cena.

Schöne Lage direkt am Meer

Cons:

Extrem laute Musik. Der DJ hat hier klare Vorfahrt, der Fokus liegt auf wirklich super lauter Musik.
Kein Familien Reiseziel.
Essen (auch Frühstück) nur Mittelmäßig.
Die Anlage ist insgesamt ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Personal ist größtenteils unaufmerksam.
Das ist insgesamt ziemlich schade, weil der Ort soviel Potential für ein grossartiges Resort Erlebnis hätte.

Great place to relax for a few days

Cons:

Really needs an on site shop to buy things like water.

The service was at times slow. We organised a special dinner and were effectively forgotten about. Our drinks took 30 mins to come and only came after being prompted. We also had to chase to order a dessert. Disappointing considering we’d paid for a special beach side table and were celebrating a birthday.

La comida es muy buena y de calidad, sus cocteles igual. La piscina De la Villa muy limpia.

Cons:

No cumplieron con la promesa de valor al alquilar las Villas en cuanto atención y room service.

La habitación, muy amplia, muy buen aire acondicionado y un excelente baño.

Cons:

Poca variedad de desayuno internacional, si no te gusta la comida caribeña no podrás desayunar nada. Y muy lento el servicio, mínimo 40/50 minutos para que te sirvan el desayuno o la comida.
