Es un hotel que no está preparado para ir en verano, con el calor que hace en Roma, los aires acondicionados no funcionan bien hacen mucho ruido y no refrescan y eso se nota

Бронировали два номера. Один был нормальным, достаточно просторным и чистым, с нормальным туалетом.

Второй номер был очень маленький и воняло канализацией сыростью. В душ полному человеку войти очень тяжело, не развернуться не повернуться. Был чайник, но не было стаканов. Холодильник был. На несколько дней пойдет. Метро недалеко минут 7-8 пешком. При заселении у нас забрали паспорта до утра, что тоже не совсем правильно, обычно сканируют и отдают сразу. Но у персонала сломался принтер, мы предлагали просто принести паспорта утром. Но администратор настырно по какой-то причине не отдавал нам паспорта. Что в моем понимании нарушает права человека.

Pros:

Nous avons eu un très bon suivi par Maede qui s'est occupée de notre réservation, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos interrogations.
L'hôtel est proche de la gare, la chambre était confortable, il y avait la clim ce qui est appréciable.
Le petit déjeuner est complet.

Cons:

Le quartier est un peu bruyant mais nous sommes en ville

This was last-minute but worked out great. The property we had previously booked was a scam, and when we came to reception asking about staying here, the receptionist very kindly called the scam property (we didn't have international calling) and confirmed it wasn't real before she let us make our booking here. She helped us get set up in Rome and was very welcoming. The air conditioning worked well and the elevator was quite helpful. The option for luggage storage before/after check-in was nice, though we didn't leave from Termini so we couldn't use it.

Cons:

The Rome public transport system is terrible, so it wasn't as well-connected as it seemed. Not the hotel's fault, but it was rough.
