Fint hotel, sentral men veldig små rom.
Pros:

Hotellet ligger et steinkast fra Seoul sentralstasjon. Man kan gå fra stasjonen til hotellet gjennom metrokorridorene. Hotellet er et veldig fint hotell med profesjonelle ansatte. Frokosten var fin, og det meste var tilgjengelig.

Cons:

Rommene var altfor små – vi hadde ikke engang plass til koffertene våre. Selv om vi ba om større rom, fikk vi beskjed om at de ikke hadde noe tilgjengelig, og at vi burde ha reservert tidligere, til tross for at vi hadde bestilt åtte måneder i forveien.

Pros:

El hotel era bastante moderno y además en recepción, aunque fuimos antes de la hora del check in nos ofrecieron una habitación a cambio de hacernos una cuenta sin coste en la cadena Four Points, lo cual nos vino muy bien ya que pudimos descansar del viaje. La ubicación está bien ya que tiene línea de metro al lado del hotel y la estación de Seúl a 5 minutos andando.

Nicely located
Pros:

It's only about 5-7 minute walk from the Seoul station. It's very convenient. I like the complimentary bottles of water in each housekeeping service. They are also freely available in the lobby.

Cons:

While the hotel staff was very professional and polite, I think it wasn't handled well on hotel arrangement. We had 2 rooms. My only request was to have rooms next to each other or at least on the same floor. The a/c in the bigger corner room was not working. The hotel staff planned to move only one room. I asked to move both and the first response was difficult due to high occupancy. In the end, we were moved to lower floors, next to laundry room. While I did not make any direct complaint, I personally think the hotel should have offered either complimentary breakfast, or upgraded us to better rooms. It's hotel facility issue; why should that be at customer's cost

The other thing that bothers me most is the elevator. It takes excessively long to get an elevator, even though there are 3

great place to stay.
Pros:

I liked the location as I wanted to be near Seoul Station, very nice room great tv/wifi, staff super friendly and breakfast was good for a Korean hotel (I find Korean hotels generally do poor breakfast)

Cons:

Not so much to do with the hotel but between the hotel and Seoul Station there are many homeless if you walk on the street and on one occasion one of them tried grabbing my phone from my hand. Use under passage.

Un hôtel correct, propre avec un bon personnel
Pros:

- propre
- chambre ok
- personnel poli et à l’écoute

Cons:

- les ascenseurs (une fois nous avons attendu 8 minutes avant de monter dedans, je serai bien montée à pied mais notre chambre était au 26e étage…)
- l’hôtel semble proche de la gare, mais en réalité il faut marcher bien 10 minutes voir plus dans des souterrains, c’est assez difficile à trouver et je me demande si ça n’irait pas plus vite de loger ailleurs et de prendre le métro que de loger la

Bardzo głośno w pokojach - kolejka pod oknami nie dawała spać w nocy. W lobby dziesiątki walizek gości. Personel mało pomocny.
