The location is outstanding, surrounded by beautiful nature and just a short distance from Los Frailes Beach. The rooms are spacious, the beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it an ideal place to relax.

Cons:

As a suggestion for improvement, greater attention to the maintenance and cleanliness of the terraces would further enhance the guest experience, particularly given the natural presence of birds in the area. In addition, a gradual refurbishment of the rooms, especially the bathrooms, would bring the facilities in line with the exceptional setting.

Un lugar super lindo
Pros:

El personal es muy amable, la hostería es amplia y perfecta para disfrutar en pareja o en familia. La piscina es grande, y el jacuzzi es perfecto para relajarse. Está ubicada muy cerca de la reserva ecológica los Frailes, después de hacer check out fuimos a hacer turismo allá y dejamos encargadas nuestras cosas, a nuestro regreso pudimos utilizar las áreas comunales lo que fue increíble. El desayuno estuvo muy rico y tienen happy hour de 17:00 a 19:00. Recomiendo este lugar 100%

El desayuno estuvo delicioso, incluía platillos de locales y jugos de fruta fresca. La habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa. La piscina es temperada, lo que la hace cómoda de usar. Y los juegos (futbolín, dardos, billar) estaban disponibles y en perfecto estado de funcionamiento.

Cons:

El primer día, la ducha no tenía agua caliente. Se lo mencionamos al personal y fue resuelto inmediatamente.

Un lugar seguro, con una excelente ubicación. La amabilidad y buena disposición del personal para hacernos sentir cómodos y bien atendidos.

Cons:

Que no haya perezosas y lugares para estar en la playa. A pesar de estar en la orilla del océano no hay esa posibilidad por que hay un cerramiento. Asumimos que es por la,seguridad. Ganarían mucho si tuvieran espacios en la playa con un hotmrario seguro. Hamacad , perezosas parasoles etc.

Excelente estadía
Pros:

El jacuzzi es ideal para descansar después de los tours diarios, recomendada la limonada imperial, la atención de todo el personal muy amables todo el tiempo, juegos en el restaurante, es un lugar con mucha naturaleza, aves e iguanas, los platos del restaurante muy buenos. También vale la pena visitar la comunidad de Agua Blanca y la playa los Frailes.

Lindo hotel, acceso fácil a la playa, muy seguro. La experiencia con la comida del restaurante no fue la mejor, sin embargo el personal que atendía fue excelente.
